Buona domenica amici di Steemit.
Ieri mi è venuta voglia di immergermi nella cultura. Allora ho pensato di dare un'occhiata alla libreria storica che si trova Pomezia, una cittadina a pochi chilometri da casa mia e con la scusa fare un giro per il piccolo centro storico.

Avrei potuto fare un salto veloce nella libreria che si trova nel centro commerciale, però purtroppo non c'è la stessa atmosfera, è tutto troppo moderno e forse troppo commerciale, si trova quello che viene venduto di più e per quanto riguarda i libri io preferisco non seguire la moda.

Poi anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte e ritrovare un oggetto ormai cult appeso al muro come fosse un trofeo mi fatto tornare indietro nel tempo.

Le nuove generazioni non sanno nemmeno come far funzionare una macchina da scrivere del genere. Non è touch screen, non è computerizzata, è tutta manuale e gli errori non si possono correggere se non col bianchetto.

Certo che non tornerei indietro, viva la tecnologia, tra l'altro io ho usato le macchine da scrivere elettroniche però ancora esistevano i vecchi tipi oggi da collezione, da tenere come soprammobile in casa.

Il rumore di ogni singolo tasto mentre si scriveva un pezzo però era impagabile!
E' come se quel rumore riuscisse a dare più valore alle parole scritte.

Sono entrata in libreria di pomeriggio ma il tempo è passato senza che me ne accorgessi e infatti fuori si era fatto già buio.
Tempo comunque speso bene! Stare in mezzo ai libri mi fa sentire migliore e gratificata.
Prima di rientrare a casa ho fatto una breve passeggiata nella piazza del municipio, ormai le decorazioni natalizie hanno lasciato il posto ad alcune giostre per bambini.
La piazza man mano si è svuotata sia per l'orario sia perché sono scese le temperature, il giorno si sta bene, c'è una temperatura di 13/14 gradi, il sole è tiepido e piacevole ma poi il tardo pomeriggio cominciano a scendere le temperature fino a raggiungere di sera i 2 gradi.

Quindi fa meno piacere stare all'aperto e ci si rintana di corsa a casa.

Comunque io la mia breve passeggiata serale l'ho fatta nonostante il freddo poi visto che si stava facendo buio me ne sono tornata alla macchina.
E via verso casa..

Yesterday I felt like immersing myself in culture. So I thought I'd take a look at the historic bookstore that is located in Pomezia, a town a few kilometers from my home, and with the excuse to take a tour of the small historic center.

I could have made a quick trip to the bookstore located in the mall, but unfortunately there is not the same atmosphere, it's all too modern and maybe too commercial, you can find what sells the most and as for books I prefer not to follow the fashion.

The eye wants its share, too, and finding a cult item hanging on the wall as if it were a trophy set me back in time.

The younger generation doesn't even know how to operate such a typewriter. It's not touch screen, it's not computerized, it's all manual and mistakes can't be corrected except with a correcting fluid.

Of course I wouldn't go back, long live technology, by the way I used to use electronic typewriters but there were still the old types now collectible, to keep as an ornament in the house.

The sound of each key as you typed a piece, though, was priceless!
It's as if that noise could add more value to the written words.

I went into the bookstore in the afternoon but the time passed without me noticing and in fact it was already getting dark outside.
Time well spent though! Being around books makes me feel better and gratified.
Before going home, I took a short walk in the town hall square, where the Christmas decorations had given way to some children's rides.
The square has gradually emptied, both because of the time of day and because the temperatures have dropped. During the day it's nice, the temperature is 13/14 degrees, the sun is warm and pleasant, but then in the late afternoon the temperatures begin to drop until they reach 2 degrees in the evening.

So it's less pleasant to be outdoors and we rush back home.

Anyway, I took my short evening walk despite the cold and then, since it was getting dark, I went back to my car.
And off to the house..
