Che le criptovalute possano essere usate per finanziare progetti di utilità sociale e a livello globale, oramai è risaputo e di esempi ce ne sono molteplici, mi viene in mente BANANA COIN la cripto legata alla piantagione Eco di Banane del Laos per rompere gli schemi tradizionali della catena di vendita, decentrandola.
Da qualche mese sta circolando un'idea ancora più ambiziosa perché coinvolgerebbe addirittura tutti gli Stati del mondo disposti a credere nel progetto.
Si tratta della Country Coin, l'idea di una moneta nazionale per promuovere istruzione e crescita economica.
Secondo Brian Brooks, il direttore dell'Office of the Comptroller of the Currency statunitense:
tassi di alfabetizzazione più elevati sono correlati a un prodotto interno lordo più elevato, incentivare le persone a continuare la scuola può aumentare la produttività, il benessere individuale e la prosperità sociale.
Ma come incentivare la cultura?
Secondo Brooks i governi mondiali dovrebbero ricompensare attraverso una criptomoneta nazionale coloro che vorranno continuare ad apprendere e migliorarsi negli studi.
I Country Coin sarebbero dei crediti guadagnati dagli studenti che completano dei corsi e superano dei test sia online che offline, questi crediti verrebbero accumulati in un fondo fiduciario istituito dallo Stato che darebbe diritto a pagamenti futuri che rappresentano una quota del gettito fiscale in aumento generato dall’aumento del PIL.
Sembra complicato, e forse un po' lo è, ma il concetto di base è che un paese investendo nella cultura genererebbe un investimento a catena:
quindi lo stato investe nella cultura, lo studente investe su se stesso per raggiungere i propri obiettivi e di conseguenza investe nel proprio paese che gli sta dando la possibilità di prepararsi per avere un futuro migliore.
Fila tutto no?
Un'istruzione di base universale incentivata da una criptomoneta nazionale potrebbe essere la chiave per colmare il divario di ricchezza tra i paesi in via di sviluppo e quelli sviluppati, portando risultati concreti in termini di salute, mezzi di sussistenza, stabilità sociale e PIL.
Questo è un modo per aumentare l’equità e aumentare la crescita senza aumentare le tasse e senza mettere i ricchi contro i poveri.

La moneta nazionale per l’apprendimento continuo garantirebbe benefici a tutti, gli studenti, gli investitori, le Istituzioni.
La Country Coin rappresenta una previsione sulla crescita dei flussi di cassa futuri, presupponendo che il PIL e la base imponibile di un Paese aumentino nel tempo, parallelamente anche il valore della criptovaluta potrebbe aumentare il suo valore.
Pensando ai paesi più svantaggiati nei quali l'istruzione è l'ultima preoccupazione della maggior parte della popolazione intenta a trovare ogni giorno un espediente per sopravvivere, credo che questo progetto possa avere grandi potenzialità e portare la speranza alle popolazioni di potersi riscattare da una condizione spesso disumana.
Non so se questo progetto riuscirà a colmare il gap tra paesi ricchi e paesi poveri, però potrebbe dare alle persone di tutto il mondo l'opportunità concreta di migliorare la loro condizione sociale e il loro modo di vivere, un diritto che oggi non gli è sicuramente concesso e riconosciuto.

A universal basic education boosted by a national cryptocurrency could be the key to bridging the wealth gap between developing and developed countries, bringing concrete results in terms of health, livelihoods, social stability and GDP.
This is a way to increase equity and increase growth without raising taxes and without putting the rich against the poor.

The Country Coin represents a forecast on the growth of future cash flows, assuming that the GDP and the tax base of a country increase over time, at the same time the value of the cryptocurrency could also increase its value.
Thinking of the most disadvantaged countries in which education is the last concern of the majority of the population intent on finding an expedient to survive every day, I believe that this project can have great potential and bring hope to the populations of being able to redeem themselves from a condition often inhumane.
I don't know if this project will be able to bridge the gap between rich and poor countries, but it could give people around the world a real opportunity to improve their social status and lifestyle, a right that is certainly not granted to them today nor recognized.

Haha è una bella frase... quando ho capito che una blockchain era qualcosa che in realtà supportava un’idea, ho realizzato che l’universo blockchain era infinito, appunto come lo sono le idee.
