Non potevo non condividere questa grande notizia che fa tornare qualche candela verde nel mercato!
E tutto questo entusiasmo di solito mi viene quando la SEC incassa qualche duro colpo..😎
Infatti la Corte d'Appello federale ha stabilito che la SEC deve "revocare" il suo rifiuto della proposta di Grayscale di convertire il Grayscale Bitcoin Trust in un ETF. (Rif.)
Insomma grazie alla decisione di una corte federale, gli Stati Uniti potrebbero presto avere il loro primo exchange-traded fund (ETF) basato su Bitcoin.
Nonostante la SEC abbia respinto tutte le richieste di ETF simili finora, con questa vittoria legale i nuovi richiedenti di ETF Bitcoin possono sperare adesso in un esito diverso.
Quello di Grayscale è un fondo da oltre 630.000 Bitcoin e appena uscita la notizia della sconfitta in tribunale della SEC, le quote del fondo sono cresciute del 15%. (Rif.)
Anche Bitcoin ha risposto positivamente e nel momento della stesura del post sta reagendo con un bel +6,21%.
Quanto durerà questa guerra della SEC contro il mondo delle criptovalute?
Una cosa è certa, Gary Gensler è il presidente della SEC e ha troppo potere nelle sue mani, ma fino a quando?😉

Observed that BTC reached 28k and the green candles in the market is always makes crypto lovers happy. Not sure how long the green candles in the market will last but the sign is positive and you bring such a good discussion. I also have the same questions in my mind about SEC, let's see what happen next.
Even if only for a short time, seeing green candles brings some confidence back to investors. The SEC in my opinion is doing great harm to US citizens who cannot benefit from the potential of crypto. Hopefully it will slow down this war on those who want to invest in crypto.
Unfortunately its red candle once again in crypto market and my asset goes down, around $200 reduced in this down fall but I'll wait for green candle and I hope it will come back soon. Sorry to know that SEC really affect badly on US crypto lovers.
As they say in the crypto world, until you sell you are not at a loss... you just have to be patient.😜

These recent times have been tiring, but 2024 with the halving of Bitcoin I am sure will give us great satisfaction.

Se tutte le grosse aziende finanziarie cominciassero ad unirsi contro la SEC, portandola continuamente in tribunale penso proprio che qualcosa cambierà. La SEC sta abusando del suo strapotere ma in tribunale non la passa liscia..
Segno evidente che i tribunali americani, checchè si dica, restano i migliori del pianeta (fuori il flop rappresentato dal punto dolente della giuria). Ritengo infatti fortunatissimo chi può studiare legge negli States: nulla a che fare con la piaga italiana.
Notizia interessante! Grayscale è una società importantissima nel mondo crypto. Credo che sia una di quelle società che potrebbero creare una confiunzione tra il mondo crypto e quello tradizionale
Speriamo.. finché però il presidente della SEC continuerà a fare ostruzionismo, sarà una battaglia lunga..
Battaglia lunga = grande vittoria … speriamo
