Hello to all the friends of this wonderful platform and the Italian community.
I am here because I want to propose my application as Steem Rep for the second time.
The first experience was very positive, it gave me the opportunity to get in touch with many users and not only within my community and to interact and compare myself with other Steem Rep. in order to carry out my role in the best possible way.
I hope to continue this path and to be able to give greater visibility not only to the Italian community, of which I am a moderator, but also to all those users who do not belong to any community but contribute to making this platform better by publishing quality work.
MY WEEK AS A STEEM REP.
I try to be as present and active as possible on Steemit, by publishing 5/6 posts per week and interacting with other users through comments, specifically during the week I deal with:
doing manual curation, not only within the Italian community, but also outside it, looking for those quality authors who deserve more attention but instead have little visibility; through my comments I try to inform users of the various contests organised on the platform in which they can participate, to direct new users to the appropriate communities, to encourage interaction between users and also to power up.

moderating the Italian community by interacting with all users, welcoming new ones by helping them to integrate into the group, answering questions concerning the functioning of Steemit and giving support when problems arise,
distributing the weekly Booming Support votes in our community,
publishing my personal posts, as well as reports related to my activities as Steem Rep,
to increase my SP through my weekly Power Up, while maintaining my status at club100.
A FEW TECHNICAL DATA
I have a reputation of 75, I am club100, I have over 38K SP owned and I have never done power down.
I'm part of the @italygame team, which is also Witness within the top 20 witnesses of the ranking, and together with the other team members I take care of the Italian community called Italy, which supports Italians on Steemit and users of any nationality who want to contribute to making our community a friendly and mutually supportive place.
For over 2 years I've been participating in #welovepowerups, every Monday I post my power up to set an example to my community and give advice on active contests, clubs, Steem and SBD situation and whatever I think is useful for all users.
All of my posts participate in penny4thoughts a project of @remlaps through which authors can reward the best comments left under their posts.
In addition to following the Steem-fanbase trail for the automatic distribution of votes, I also perform a manual curation by upvoting the posts and comments that in my opinion deserve attention.
WHY I CAN BE A GOOD STEEM REP.?
I've been on Steemit since 2017 and I've lived through all its various transformations, today it's a stronger and more organised platform than before and I like the direction it's taking, that's why I'd like to continue to actively participate in its growth and continuous improvement by contributing with my work as Steem Rep.
I like to make myself available to all those users who are still unfamiliar with the world of Steemit and need guidance on their path.
In these 5 months, I have realised that the role of Steem Rep is a role of responsibility, and one must be willing to be not only a reference point but also a good example for other Steemit users.

Ciao a tutti amici di questa meravigliosa piattaforma e della comunità italiana.
Sono qui perché voglio proporre per la seconda volta la mia candidatura come Steem Rep.
La prima esperienza è stata molto positiva, mi ha dato la possibilità di entrare in contatto con molti utenti e non solo all'interno della mia comunità e di interagire e confrontarmi con gli altri Steem Rep. per svolgere meglio il mio ruolo.
Spero di poter continuare questo percorso e poter dare maggiore visibilità non soltanto alla comunità italiana, di cui sono moderatrice, ma anche a tutti quegli utenti che non appartengono a nessuna comunità ma contribuiscono a rendere migliore questa piattaforma, pubblicando lavori di qualità.
LA MIA SETTIMANA DA STEEM REP.
Cerco di essere il più possibile presente e attiva su Steemit, attraverso la pubblicazione di 5/6 post a settimana e interagendo con gli altri utenti attraverso i commenti, nello specifico durante la settimana mi occupo di:
fare curation manuale, non solo all'interno della comunità italiana, ma anche al di fuori di essa, cercando quegli autori di qualità che meriterebbero maggiore attenzione ma hanno invece poca visibilità; attraverso i miei commenti cerco di informare gli utenti dei vari contest organizzati sulla piattaforma a cui poter partecipare, di indirizzare i nuovi utenti nelle comunità adatte, di incoraggiare l'interazione tra utenti e anche di fare il power up.
dei contest organizzati nella comunità italiana insieme ai miei amici del team di @italygame,
di moderare la comunità italiana interagendo con tutti gli utenti, accogliendo i nuovi aiutandoli ad inserirsi nel gruppo, rispondendo alle domande inerenti al funzionamento di Steemit e dando supporto quando si presentano dei problemi,
di distribuire i voti settimanali del Supporto di Booming nella nostra comunità,
di pubblicare i miei post personali, oltre ai report correlati alle mie attività come Steem Rep,
di aumentare il mio SP attraverso il mio Power Up settimanale, mantenendo il mio status al club100.
QUALCHE DATO TECNICO
Ho una reputazione di 75, sono club100, ho oltre 38K SP di proprietà e non ho mai fatto power down.
Faccio parte del team di @italygame, che è anche Witness e entro i primi 20 witnesses della classifica, e insieme agli altri membri del team mi occupo della comunità italiana chiamata Italy, che supporta gli italiani su Steemit e gli utenti di qualsiasi nazionalità che vogliono contribuire a rendere la nostra comunità un luogo amichevole e di reciproco supporto.
Da oltre 2 anni partecipo a #welovepowerups, ogni lunedì pubblico il post del mio power up per essere d'esempio alla mia comunità e do consigli sui contest attivi, sui club, sulla situazione di Steem e SBD e su qualsiasi cosa ritengo utile per tutti gli utenti.
Tutti i miei post partecipano a penny4thoughts un progetto di @remlaps attraverso il quale gli autori possono premiare i commenti migliori lasciati sotto i loro post.
Oltre a seguire il trail di Steem-fanbase per la distribuzione automatica dei voti, eseguo anche una curation manuale upvotando i post e i commenti che secondo me meritano attenzione.
PERCHE' POSSO ESSERE UN BUON STEEM REP.
Sono su Steemit dal 2017 e ho vissuto tutte le sue varie trasformazioni, oggi è una piattaforma più forte e organizzata di prima e mi piace la direzione che sta prendendo, per questo mi piacerebbe continuare a partecipare attivamente alla sua crescita e al suo continuo miglioramento contribuendo con il mio lavoro da Steem Rep.
Mi piace mettermi a disposizione di tutti quegli utenti che non hanno ancora dimestichezza con il mondo di Steemit e hanno bisogno di essere guidati verso il loro percorso.
In questi 5 mesi ho capito che il ruolo di Steem Rep. è un ruolo di responsabilità, e bisogna essere disposti ad essere non soltanto un punto di riferimento ma anche un buon esempio per gli altri utenti di Steemit.
Grazie mille per l'opportunità e la fiducia che mi è stata data fino ad ora e tengo le dita incrociate per le nuove selezioni.
