Various types of organic food can now be found easily in society. But are all foods that are labeled organic always healthy, what differentiates organic food from regular food?

We sometimes feel more at ease if we eat vegetables, or perhaps chicken, labeled organic. But what should we look at before we decide to buy vegetables.

The important thing is that we have to be a little honest that this organic is actually an opportunity to make money or is really truly healthy . This is important yes.

What is called organic food is not just food, but it is also not just vegetables, but also animals that are raised organically.

What is called organic is actually putting how natural resources live like or very similar to how they should.

So if for example we pay attention to the organic problem, it's not just that it doesn't contain pesticides, that's not true at all. Maybe we still use pesticides, but the pesticides which are in quotation marks, which are acceptable.

For example, we already know that there is a plant from India whose origin is neem. Well, neem has been used for 4 thousand years. It acts as an anti pest, and neem is quite safe.

What's important is about organic food one thing, we shouldn't just look at the source this is organic which is processed organically. But what we are also concerned about is how the soil maintains its organicity, so to speak.

Indonesians are famous, sorry, not all of them. But, for example, if you are already farming, because of lack of education, yes, then in the end farming is just taking profit from the land, taking enjoyment from nature and the mother earth, after that it is not processed any more. After that, their mother earth was no longer looked after.

Well, what is called organic farming, whatever it is, we must maintain the natural conditions as well, given water which is also organic, vestin water. So it's not organic fertilizer, then then water to flush it where the waste comes from, only God knows where it comes from.

And the food's journey from the plantation or farm to the dining table and even then its management must be in accordance with organic principles. And what is more important, once it has become food, what it is eaten with, that is much more important. Because it's useless if the vegetables are organic, everything is organic, but you eat fried chicken for example, right right?

What it means is that it's useless to buy or eat organic vegetables, but the accompanying ingredients are not clear. This is the same as people are tired of going on Umrah, on return stopping at Las Vegas.

Organic plants or organic products look smaller, uglier, with more holes, because the caterpillars eat. For me, sorry it is because the quality control is not good. Doesn't mean that organic plants have to be eaten by caterpillars and so on.

The important thing is that we must believe in what is called certification. The only one as a public that we can trust is what is called SNI.

Now Indonesia already has that national standard, which is for organic certification with code 6729 if I'm not mistaken. Well, not all plantations, not all companies can provide Indonesian organic certification, those which have the green logo, it's not that easy.

Because behind they have certification they are given a second sheet. It is a list of what meets the requirements. So, for example, there is a plantation that produces corn, there is one that produces rice, there is one that produces beans. Perhaps what is certified as an organic product is only the beans, but the corn and rice are not.

So it doesn't mean that because the company is well-known, the industry is already well-known, then then we think "Oh, that's an organic company."
