Do you know how and where that fear comes from?

Hmmm.... Where?
There are various types of fear that a person feels. Starting from fear of myths, fear of dying, fear of failure, fear of rejection, to fear of not being able to accept reality.

Fear is an emotion that is born from a person's feelings and thoughts. When there is an external stimulus, the memory in the brain displays thoughts that are the result of life experiences, and turns them into feelings. This condition then affects human affection which can ultimately disrupt their physical condition.

"When the thought of fear then turns into a feeling of fear, and usually later there are manifestations that arise, for example heart palpitations, then cold sweat, and then there may be muscle tension in one part of the body and so on."

The human subconscious memory in the brain has stored a number of human life experiences. This memory is one of the considerations for behaving and acting as an intellectual factor. Fear is often one of the parenting patterns applied in families. For example, small children are made afraid of the police if they misbehave. Or women are afraid they won't be able to take care of their family.

"So often that reaction is also the result of, eh, you have to be afraid, eh, if the other person is afraid, you have to do this. And if you are afraid, it goes to the detail that you have to tremble, you have to scream, you have to be talkative, right?"

Without realizing it, this memory is then stored until adulthood. The threshold for each person's fear is different, depending on the person's physical condition, life history and intellectual level.

People who are easily anxious will be more susceptible to experiencing fear. However, there are also people who are calmer, so they don't feel afraid easily. The person even looks for the source of fear to chase adrenaline.

"Memories about fear can also be fought if someone has strong psychic powers. Usually supported by high intelligence, so that it will direct the mind to rational things. All memories that have been planted must have a counterpart in a different context, of course. And "What's more important is the process of proof. Well, of course what is also needed is a high intellectual condition."

If intellectual conditions are high, the ability to seek new knowledge will be limited. If someone cannot control these feelings and thoughts of fear, it is not impossible that their fear will turn into a phobia.

"The basic criteria for phobias as a division of excessive anxiety disorders, is that there is an irrational fear of certain objects. While fear in general is something normal."

Fear arises naturally, so it cannot be avoided. However, it can be controlled and regulated, so that it does not interfere with daily activities.

So, if you talk about fear, you are also curious, and what films make you afraid? I used to be afraid of Steven King's film stories. I think that's a scary story. If I talk about that, yes, I carried my trauma with clowns into adulthood, because I watched that film. I was scared, but I watched it, because it's actually fun.

Greetings always compact.
