The scary thing is that food manufactures (and restaurants) have been increasing the amount of sugar in their food; so it is getting harder and harder to stay away from sugar.

That's right, they do that to attract lots of customers. However, consuming foods that contain more sugar can trigger various diseases. Therefore, we must adhere to the healthy lifestyle that we apply in our lives, in order to avoid the threat of disease caused by sugar.
