Steemian friends.

If you look closely, oxtail soup is the same as stew, it also has soup. But actually these are two different types of food. Apart from this, there are also types of food which are actually different, only the shape is the same. For example, my local culinary specialty is Soup and Stew. The two of them are very similar, yes. The difference is only in the amount of sauce in the dish. If the sauce is more than the contents, this food is called soup. Well, if stew, the sauce is less and thicker.

Then there are Muffins and Cupcakes. These two desserts are really cute. Muffins and cupcakes apparently have different textures. If muffins are usually denser and drier, this is due to the difference in time when mixing the batter.

Meanwhile, when it comes to cupcakes, usually they are decorated with toppings and have fillings inside. There are more these pancakes and also crepes. The shape is round and flat. For some people who like to be mistaken, these are pancakes or crepes yes. Pancakes are made with the addition of baking powder so that the batter expands and thickens when made. Pancakes also have a soft texture.

Meanwhile, crepes have a thinner and crisper texture. Usually filled with sweet or savory toppings. Meanwhile, the pancakes are only sprinkled with toppings.

Then there are cucumbers and zucchini. From the external appearance cucumbers have a wavy and rough shape. Meanwhile, zucchini has a smooth and slippery surface.

In terms of taste, zucchini tastes bitter, while cucumbers are sweeter, also contain a lot of water. Cucumbers also contain more seeds than zucchini. Then there are also Soto and Coto. This I admit really like exchanging. Actually, coto is a type of soto that comes from Makasar, right? But for those of you who are less familiar, you will definitely think that coto is one hundred percent the same as soto. However, actually, there are differences between the two. Coto uses crushed ground nuts which are put into the sauce. This is what makes this coto thicker and tastier compared to soto sauce. Apart from that, a bowl of coto usually only contains pieces of meat and additional onions.

As for soto, generally it uses vermicelli, and there are vegetables, cabbage, and so on. Well, that's a type of food that is similar but not the same. Hopefully my information today can add insight to all steemian friends. Thank you for reading, see you again.

Greetings always compact.
