This is how I wanted to title this portion of a portrait of a woman. Sometimes I am convinced that you have to stop for a moment, when you have the opportunity to do so, close your eyes and try not to think about anything, empty your mind and focus on your breathing. This for our mind and our spirit is a way to regenerate and recharge with energies, those fundamental energies for our being.
Regarding the drawing technique, in addition to the usual pencils, I am becoming familiar with the chiaroscuro, trying to make the shaded parts more homogeneous from those in the light. Looking at the expression of the woman, my final intent in the observer is precisely to arouse a state of relaxation and peace with one's own interiority and with the world around us. Too often everyday life, in my opinion, takes us away from being positive, calm and promoters of harmony with the situations we face.
The more the days, the months, the years pass, the more the time we have to live becomes shorter and shorter. This is why I firmly believe that closing your eyes and starting to relax can be a useful step forward towards a life that is no longer, but wider.

Ho voluto intitolare così questa porzione di ritratto di donna. A volte sono convinto che bisogna fermarsi un attimo, quando si ha la possibilità di farlo, chiudere gli occhi e cercare di non pensare a niente, svuotare la mente e concentrarsi sul proprio respiro. Questo per la nostra mente e il nostro spirito è un modo per rigenerarsi e ricaricarsi di energie, quelle energie fondamentali per il nostro essere.
Riguardo la tecnica del disegno, oltre alle solite matite, sto prendendo confidenza col chiaroscuro cercando di rendere sempre più omogenee le parti in ombra da quelle in luce. Guardando l'espressione della donna, il mio intento finale in chi osserva è di suscitare appunto uno stato di rilassamento e di pace con la pripria interiorità e con il mondo che ci circonda. Troppo spesso la vita quotidiana, a mio avviso, ci allontana dall'essere positivi, tranquilli e promotori dell'armonia con le situazioni che affrontiamo.
Più i giorni, i mesi, gli anni passano, più il tempo che abbiamo di vivere diventa sempre più corto. Per questo credo fermamente che chiudere gli occhi e cominciare a rilassarsi possa essere un utile passo in avanti verso una vita non più lunga, ma più ampia.
