Blue Beetle - Macro Photography

A month ago while in the farm where I went to get some water for spraying of herbicides, I stumbled upon this creature. It looks like a colored beetle which has blue back and black head.

It seems the creature doesn't like where it was as it was busy walking majestically to another destination. The hot sun shinning at that time might have prompted it to change location and find somewhere else cooler to be.
