Mushrooms - Macro Photography

While going to check on a friend's farm, I found these two mushrooms growing together as siblings on the ground and surrounded by green grasses.

Most of the mushrooms I often come across germinate from dead woods, however, these ones are quite different. They are just growing from the ground. Perhaps, there's a dead wood beneath them.

They possesses two colors. Milk and brownish. Their brownish head appear to look like that of a human brain. Did you notice that?
