Doing small things over time becomes big

in Italy7 days ago
hello, how are you all, I hope you are all in good health, and have pleasant days, and tonight I want to discuss small things, for example. If you know plants very well, you will understand that plants need lots of nutrients to grow and there are some nutrients that plants need in large quantities, there are also those that plants need in small amounts. Nutrients that plants require in large quantities are very popular such as nitrogen, calcium, etc.

Plants need several nutrients in small amounts and a good example is, plants need a lot of micronutrients, and micronutrients are what enable plants to absorb the nutrients that plants need in large quantities.

If there is a micronutrient deficiency, even if you give them the nutrients they need in large quantities, they will not be able to absorb them. This means that the micronutrients they need in small amounts are much more important than those they need in large amounts. This also happens in humans because there are some micronutrients that we also need and a good example is selenium.

Selenium is very small, but it has so much power on our thyroid and if you are deficient in selenium, there is a high chance that you have an autoimmune disease because your thyroid will not be able to function properly, we have many micronutrients that we also need as humans for our bodies to function properly well, we need large amounts of nutrients such as potassium. Micronutrients are the main reason why our bodies can function properly and this also happens to us in our daily lives.

The little things matter

Some things we do today that we can help with and can be the reason why we have a better future are good examples, kindness, good human relations, respect, and so on. Some people also believe that to make an impact you need something big, which is also wrong. Sometimes we need small things to leave a mark. Sometimes you have to come to terms with the fact that little things add up. To build behaviors and habits, you have to start little by little. It doesn't happen overnight. What we don't know is that the little things are the reason why the big things happen.

A common mistake we often make is that when we try to make changes or build something, we always believe that we need big things to make it happen. For example, maybe you are trying to create a business, we will believe that we need a large amount of money to build the business. Likewise, when we try to make a change, we believe that we need great power to make the change, but sometimes all we need is to start somewhere and it doesn't have to be great. We can start little by little, even to create a habit or behavior. When we do something gradually and every day, it is highly likely that we will get better at it.

It doesn't have to be big

We all want success in a short time, that's why we are so focused on big things, we want to make them happen instantly, and we also believe that to make an impression, we need to show something really big, but for the people in out there, just showing our actions means a lot and they will understand and accept you, and actions alone can even mean a lot. Every little thing is important, maybe not much, but it's better than doing nothing, maybe trying to do business or trying to create a habit, small things are the path to big things, that's the discussion tonight, hopefully it's useful and so on , greetings, thank you.

What a thoughtful reflection on the importance of the little things! Just as plants need micronutrients to thrive, our daily actions and generosity can have a big impact over time. Starting small, whether in business or personal growth, often leads to lasting success. Thanks for sharing this insightful perspective. Your analogy between plant nutrition and human action is spot on! It's true that even the smallest act of kindness or effort to cultivate a habit can make a huge impact. Your words remind us that progress doesn't always require giant leaps; It's the series of small steps that really count. Thanks for the reminder.

You're welcome, thank you for your time for stopping by my post, I hope it's useful, greetings
