Growing up, I always find it difficult to understand or differentiate between happiness and joy. And even till today, I still find it hard to differentiate it
It is a very interesting reflection. In my opinion, happiness is a state of mind that lasts for a period of time, joy is something perhaps more intense, but linked to a specific moment.
A joy can also occur in a general period of sadness, without necessarily generating happiness after that precise moment.
