1000 DAYS OF STEEM — The Diary Game - 31/10/2023 - Towards the end of the mini-vacation...

I will remember with pleasure this short holiday period spent in Tuscany by our in-laws as a parenthesis in which I certainly rested from a certain point of view but also a moment in which we continued our physical activity, we practically skipped the 1st day of arrival, last Friday, in which everything was done with extremely short times, and the last day, tomorrow, that of the return home, but it has not yet been definitively lost, because in all probability in the late afternoon of tomorrow we will go to go for a walk...

We have also established new records for distance and timing (I am always referring to this specific period of resumption of physical activity), arriving today and yesterday at just over an hour and 25 minutes of walking, today even walking more than 8 km at a reasonable pace, taking into due consideration the fact that today the route on which our daily training took place was very tortuous and full of ups and downs...

The wild cyclamens, which you see in the 2nd image of this post, were on the sides of the road we travelled, while the sunrise is precisely that of this morning, the sun not yet completely high in the sky and a truly pleasant temperature, due to a abundant and tumultuous rain that fell around 5 this morning, it was the classic storm of strong intensity, which dumped several millimeters of precipitation on the ground in a few minutes, I wasn't even convinced that I would be able to get moving this morning, instead the general weather conditions have definitely improved to the point that the sun reigned supreme for a large part of the day, a further deterioration is expected tomorrow, I hope that the return journey will be calm and free of any inconveniences, even if with in all likelihood we will go through various disturbances, luckily we borrowed the car from my partner's son, it has greater safety features than our small car, in the event that the general situation takes a turn for the worse, these are details that can have their importance, I hope that tomorrow I will be able to send the daily report regularly, if not, we will certainly see you again on this channel on Friday, in the meantime I wish you a good continuation of this Tuesday, ahh, Happy Halloween everyone!!

Ricorderò con piacere questo breve periodo di ferie trascorso in Toscana dai nostri parenti acquisiti come una parentesi in cui mi sono certamente riposato sotto un certo punto di vista ma anche un momento in cui abbiamo continuato la nostra attività fisica, praticamente abbiamo saltato il 1° giorno di arrivo, venerdì scorso, in cui tutto è stato fatto con dei tempi estremamente risicati, e l'ultimo giorno, domani, quello del ritorno verso casa, ma non è ancora andato perso definitivamente, perché con tutta probabilità nel tardo pomeriggio di domani andremo a fare una camminata...

Abbiamo anche stabilito dei nuovi primati di percorrenza e di tempistici (mi sto sempre riferendo a questo specifico periodo di ripresa di attività fisica), arrivando nella giornata odierna e di ieri a superare di poco l'ora e 25 minuti di camminata, oggi addirittura percorrendo più di 8 km con una discreta andatura, tenendo in debita considerazione il fatto che oggi il percorso su cui si è snodato il nostro allenamento quotidiano era molto tortuoso e ricco di saliscendi...

I ciclamini selvatici, che vedete nella 2° immagine di questo post, erano ai lati della strada che abbiamo percorso, mentre l'alba è proprio quella di questa mattina, sole non ancora completamente alto in cielo e temperatura veramente gradevole, dovuta a un'abbondante a tumultuosa pioggia che è caduta verso le 5 di questa mattina, è stato il classico temporale di forte intensità, che ha scaricato a terra diversi millimetri di precipitazione in pochi minuti, non ero nemmeno convinto di riuscire a fare movimento questa mattina, invece le condizioni generali meteo sono decisamente migliorate fino al punto che il sole l'ha fatta da padrone per larga parte della giornata, domani è previsto un nuovo peggioramento, mi auguro che il viaggio di rientro sia tranquillo e privo di inconvenienti di sorta, anche se con tutta probabilità passeremo in mezzo a diverse perturbazioni, meno male che ci siamo fatti prestare la vettura dal figlio della mia compagna, ha dotazioni di sicurezza maggiori rispetto alla nostra piccola utilitaria, nel caso che la situazione generale vada verso il peggio, sono particolari che possono avere la loro importanza, mi auguro che domani possa inviare regolarmente il resoconto quotidiano, in caso contrario, certamente ci rivedremo su questo canale nella giornata di venerdì, intanto vi auguro una buona continuazione di questa giornata di martedì, ahh, Buon Halloween a Tutti!!
