Relatives at home, fortunately not many, but I had to lend a hand, so I only now find myself writing something on the net, in the photographic sequence you can see the creation, broadly speaking, of the single dish, based on fish, which we put on the table for lunch, consisting of home-made egg noodles and fish sauce, which another relative brought us yesterday as he has not sold it (he works in a fishmonger's, every now and then they give him fish), from here the idea of ​​calling someone and having lunch together...

Wake up calmly, even around 9 and 30, but since I put my foot off the bed, it's been a half-nightmare, go there, go there, move this, take that, fix the shot, stretch over there, until the moment of lunch, when finally 8 of us gathered at the table, to enjoy the dish that you see immortalized in the 4 shots that I enclose, not before a quick appetizer, so that between the appetizer and the first course we practically composed the meal , in an unusual way because the second course was completely missing, but we didn't miss it, thanks to the really tasty main course...

The welcome surprise, which arrived at the end of the meal, was the presence of a liqueur, I'm not a lover of alcoholic substances, but it is a home-made distillate, flavored with a pomegranate flavour, well, you won't believe it, but it accompanied worthily and excellently the Etruscan biscuits, also prepared with care at home, for an end of lunch that I particularly appreciated ...

In the afternoon I was in their company, with our relatives, we played a few games of board games, then I beached myself on the sofa, my grey-haired cat literally came upon me, right up to my face, a truly unique thing. because I am more and more convinced that she is not a normal cat, because she has certain behaviors and attitudes that are not typical of the feline breed, when she puts herself on she is simply adorable...

Parenti a casa, non tanti per fortuna, ma ho dovuto dare una bella mano, per cui mi ritrovo solamente ora a scrivere un qualcosa in rete, nella sequenza fotografica vedete la realizzazione, a grandi linee, del monopiatto, a base di pesce, che abbiamo messo in tavola per pranzo, composto da tagliolini all'uovo fatti in casa e sugo di pesce, che un altro parente ci ha portato ieri in quanto gli è rimasto invenduto (lavora in una pescheria, ogni tanto gli regalano del pesce), da qui l'idea di chiamare qualcuno e pranzare insieme...

Sveglia con calma, addirittura verso le 9 e 30, ma da quando ho messo giù il piede dal letto, è stato un mezzo incubo, fai lì, vai là, sposta questo, prendi quello, aggiusta il tiro, allunga laggiù, fino al momento del pranzo, quando finalmente ci siamo ritrovati a tavola in 8, per gustare il piatto che vedete immortalato nei 4 scatti che allego, non prima di un veloce antipasto, in modo tale che fra l'antipasto e il primo piatto praticamente abbiamo composto il pasto, in maniera non usuale perché mancava completamente la seconda portata, ma non si è sentita la sua mancanza, grazie alla pietanza principale davvero gustosa...

La gradita sorpresa, arrivata alla fine del pasto, è stata la presenza di un liquore, io non sono un amante delle sostanze alcoliche, ma si tratta di un distillato casalingo, aromatizzato al gusto di melograno, beh, non ci crederete, ma ha accompagnato degnamente e ottimamente i biscotti etruschi, anche loro preparati con cura in casa, per un fine pranzo che ho particolarmente gradito...

Nel pomeriggio sono stato in loro compagnia, dei nostri parenti, abbiamo fatto qualche partita a dei giochi di società, poi mi sono spiaggiato sul divano, la mia gattona grigiona mi è venuta letteralmente addosso, fino a ridosso del viso, una cosa veramente unica, perché sono sempre più convinto che lei non sia una gatta normale, perché ha certi comportamenti e atteggiamenti che non sono tipici della razza felina, quando si mette è semplicemente adorabile...
