Ready for a new episode of my daily report, I arrived tired in the evening, today it was a bit hard, I practically never spared myself, I didn't do anything exceptional but I start to unplug my commitment only now, that I am going to do this post...

In the morning I went to clean the stairs, it was little more than a walk, there were only 3, even if, in a certain sense, I felt a little too much the now imminent presence of spring, because the heat made itself felt a lot , in some situations, in particular in a portico of a staircase, he did not draw a breath of air, he sweated a lot, the right reward for having finished the morning was the 1st flower you see, it is a Clivia Miniata in full bloom , completely open, a feast for the eyes...

For the 1st flower I had, for the avoidance of doubt, to resort to Google Lens, while for the 2nd flower, inserted in a planter in the yard of the house, I have absolutely no doubts, all we need is that it does not know how to recognize a purple, beautiful , really beautiful, delicate, soft, sweet, it's nice to see it move under a light wind that blew between the petals, I waited a moment for it to stop moving back and forth, then I took a couple of shots, from which I chose this, which satisfies me enough even if it is not perfectly focused...

The 3rd floral shot today is related to a plant that I met along the path of my walk, yes, after a long time I did some specific physical movement, nothing exceptional but I felt the need, half an hour , a very light session, just to move the legs, even if now I'm feeling very strange pains, we'll see, I wouldn't want to be forced to slow down the frequency of my exits right away, I have done many restarts in recent times, this is the umpteenth of those series, I have a strange feeling, which I will talk about in the coming weeks, when I have more precise parameters in this regard...

Pronti per una nuova puntata del mio resoconto giornaliero, sono arrivato stanco a sera, oggi è stata un po' dura, praticamente non mi sono mai risparmiato, non ho fatto niente di eccezionale ma inizio a staccare la spina dell'impegno solamente adesso, che mi accingo a fare questo post...

In mattinata sono andato a pulire le scale, è stata poco più di una passeggiata, erano solamente 3, anche se, in un certo senso, ho avvertito un po' troppo la presenza ormai imminente della primavera, perché il caldo si è fatto sentire parecchio, in alcuni frangenti, in particolare in un porticato di una scala, non tirava un filo d'aria, si sudava parecchio, il giusto premio per aver ultimato la mattinata è stato il 1° fiore che vedete, è una Clivia Miniata in pienissima fioritura, completamente aperta, uno spettacolo per gli occhi...

Per il 1° fiore ho dovuto, a scanso di equivoci, ricorrere a Google Lens, mentre per il 2° fiore, inserito in una fioriera del piazzale di casa, non ho assolutamente dubbi, ci mancherebbe altro che non sappia riconoscere una viola, bella, veramente bella, delicata, soffice, soave, è piacevole vederla muovere sotto un leggero vento che le soffiava tra i petali, ho aspettato un attimo che cessasse di farla muovere avanti e indietro, poi ho fatto un paio di scatti, tra cui ho scelto questo, che mi soddisfa abbastanza anche se non è perfettamente messa a fuoco...

Il 3° scatto floreale odierno è relativo a una pianta che ho incontrato lungo il percorso della mia camminata, sì, dopo un bel po' di tempo ho fatto del movimento fisico specifico, niente di eccezionale ma ne sentivo il bisogno, una mezz'ora, una seduta molto leggera, giusto per muovere le gambe, anche se ora sto sentendo dei dolori molto strani, staremo a vedere, non vorrei essere costretto a rallentare la frequenza delle mie uscite sin da subito, ho fatto tantissime ripartenze negli ultimi tempi, questa è l'ennesima di quelle serie, ho una strana sensazione, della quale vi parlerò nelle prossime settimane, quando avrò dei parametri più precisi a tal riguardo...
