A beautiful day today too, even too much, because in the morning, while I was cleaning the room on Monday, the air was warm but just right, it didn't get muggy, so the job went well enough, without major hitches, everything was smooth and regular, then, when we finished cleaning, we decided to go for a walk, along the seafront, nothing exceptional, we even had work clothes, at first the climate was, as I said just above, acceptable, then, the patatrac...

How the wind changed, it almost seemed as if there were small whirlpools, which generated an unusual heat, and the fatigue made itself felt, we traveled about a couple of kilometers towards the canal port, and the return was that half-drama that I described a little above, never-ending hot, but seriously hot, which continued even in the afternoon, when I went to visit a couple of customers, I didn't want to stay at home all afternoon, but this too was a half-mistake...

In a sort of unwritten law, you can go to customers when it's hot, because people consume cold products in the summer (like the ones I sell), but it's better not to go when there are heavy weather conditions, like those of these days, because tourists still consume, but the owners or managers of the establishments are too crazy to serve customers, and they have absolutely no time and desire to follow any type of reasoning, the best they do is call if they need a product and are about to run out, for the rest, the less they see you the better, they are many pissed off, nothing is enough for that extra word to escape which could almost jeopardize the very continuation of the business relationships established, so, for a change, a greeting, two words, but just two, and then off, because one of the two was already getting pissed but for nothing, so, next time, I'm going for a ride like this, without a precise destination, maybe a few more greetings, and a half word to everyone, but half a word...

Una bella giornata anche oggi, anche troppo, perché nella mattinata, mentre pulivo il locale del lunedì, l'aria era calda ma al punto giusto, non andava nell'afoso, per cui il lavoro è riuscito abbastanza bene, senza grossi intoppi, tutto liscio e regolare, poi, quando abbiamo finito le nostre pulizie, abbiamo deciso di andare a fare una camminata, sul lungomare, niente di eccezionale, addirittura avevamo i vestiti da lavoro, all'inizio il clima era, come ho detto poco sopra, accettabile, poi, il patatrac...

E' come cambiato il vento, sembrava quasi che ci fossero dei piccoli mulinelli, che generavano un calore insolito, e la fatica si è fatta sentire, abbiamo fatto circa un paio di kilometri verso il porto canale, e il ritorno è stato quel mezzo dramma che ho descritto poco sopra, caldo a non finire, ma caldo sul serio, che è continuato anche nel pomeriggio, quando sono andato a visitare un paio di clienti, non avevo voglia di rimanere in casa tutto il pomeriggio, ma anche questo è stato un mezzo errore...

In una sorta di legge non scritta, si può andare dai clienti quando è caldo, perché la gente in estate consuma prodotti freddi (come quelli che vendo io), ma è meglio non andare quando ci sono condizioni meteorologiche pesanti, come quelle di questi giorni, perché i turisti consumano ugualmente, ma i titolari o i gestori dei locali sono troppo sclerati a servire la clientela, e non hanno assolutamente tempo e voglia di seguire nessuna tipologia di ragionamento, il massimo che fanno è chiamare se hanno bisogno di prodotto e lo stanno per terminare, per il resto meno ti vedono e meglio è, sono molti incazzerecci, basta un nulla perché scappi quella parola in più che potrebbe quasi pregiudicare la stessa continuazione dei rapporti d'affari instaurati, per cui, tanto per cambiare, un saluto, due parole, ma proprio due, e poi via, perché uno dei due si stava già incazzando ma per un nulla, per cui, la prossima volta, vado a fare un giro così, senza una meta precisa, magari qualche saluto in più, e una mezza parola a tutti quanti, ma proprio mezza...
