Stuffed pasta, good, and a good Sunday to you all, dear boys and girls, I'm a little late in posting, to tell the truth I even ran the risk of not making it, because at the last moment a commitment vanished, who had taken my partner, so I'm happily at home, what a shame, but I don't think I'll end up in hell for wanting to stay at home, considering the fact that I need to rest, if we had gone out we would certainly have returned late at night, the place is scheduled to be cleaned tomorrow morning, so it's better for everyone, all things considered, to have stayed at home...

Returning to the pasta, it was good, tasty and cooked just right, I usually don't go crazy for this kind of baked pasta, but today it turned out well, I also took another half portion, after finishing the one that had been served to me , in the morning a light walk was really needed, because I already knew what would await me at lunch, there was also a typical dessert from our area, called Piada dei Morti, strictly homemade, a first taste of the With the now imminent Christmas upon us, this year too there will be products prepared at home, such as the typical panettone, it is not a question of savings, which should not be underestimated at all, as the pure cost of the ingredients of our panettoni is superior to that of so-called commercial panettone, the only great advantage is represented by the fact that at least we save on labor, and at the price slightly higher than that of an industrial panettone we can enjoy a high-level artisanal product...

I feel the tiredness coming on, even if in the afternoon I didn't do anything in particular other than some domestic chores (in any case not heavy), I felt the need to regain my strength, because in the week that has just ended I had struggled hard, to be honest, all in all at this precise moment I'm pretty good, tomorrow morning I should be nice and perky...

Pasta farcita, buona, e una buona Domenica a Voi Tutti, cari ragazzi e ragazze, arrivo un po' in ritardo a postare, a dire il vero ho pure corso il pericolo di non farcela, perché all'ultimo momento è svanito un impegno, che aveva preso la mia compagna, per cui sono felicemente a casa, che peccato, ma non penso di finire all'inferno per aver desiderato di rimanere a casa, considerando il fatto che ho bisogno di riposare, se fossimo usciti saremmo certamente rientrati a notte fonda, domani mattina è prevista la pulizia del locale, per cui è meglio per tutti, alla resa dei conti, essere rimasti a casa...

Ritornando alla pasta, era buona, gustosa e cotta al punto giusto, di solito non impazzisco per questo genere di pasta al forno, ma oggi è venuta bene, ho preso anche un'altra mezza porzione, dopo aver terminato quella che mi era stata servita, in mattinata una leggera camminata, ci voleva proprio, perché sapevo già cosa mi avrebbe aspettato a pranzo, c'era anche un dolce tipico delle nostre parti, che si chiama Piada dei Morti, fatto rigorosamente in casa, un primo assaggio dell'ormai imminente Natale che incombe alle porte, anche quest'anno ci saranno dei prodotti preparati a casa nostra, come il tipico panettone, non è un discorso di risparmio, che non sarebbe affatto da sottovalutare, in quanto il costo puro degli ingredienti dei nostri panettoni è superiore a quello dei panettoni cosiddetti commerciali, l'unico grande vantaggio è rappresentato dal fatto che almeno la manodopera la risparmiamo, e al prezzo di poco superiore a quello di un panettone industriale possiamo gustare un prodotto di alto livello artigianale...

Sento la stanchezza arriva, anche se nel pomeriggio non ho fatto nulla di particolare se non qualche faccenda domestica (in ogni caso non pesante), sentivo la necessità di recuperare le forze, perché nella settimana che si è da poco chiusa avevo arrancato di brutto, ad essere sinceri, tutto sommato in questo preciso momento sono abbastanza a posto, domani mattina dovrei essere bello pimpante...
