I initially said an interlocutory day, which started with a phone call to a condominium administrator, who manages the payments of the various invoices relating to a building where we clean the stairs, the payment times are getting longer, I asked for a verification of all of it, I even had to raise my voice, because he was a virgin, but in the end I got what I wanted, the promise that by the end of the week I will have the balance of all the arrears due to me, not even the time to please myself with this the fact that another one arrived immediately, which almost eliminated the good that had just happened...

A message, from a client of mine, announcing that he had made the decision to close his restaurant, officially to have a life less enslaved and conditioned by work, as he was practically alone to run his restaurant, it was not a high income, the one that guaranteed me, but there are values ​​that go beyond the mere economic aspect, for which he was a person with whom I was comfortable, in terms of interaction, serious, polite, respectful of the work of others, as everyone should be commercial relations, but these are increasingly rare skills to be found, for this reason I am sorry that he has decided to close, because the right people in the world of commerce are increasingly rare...

I allowed myself a moment of pause in the afternoon, dedicated to the arrangement of some files that I had postponed for some time but had become undelayable, I even went for a walk, it is another attempt at recovery, who knows if this time I will make it, without run into a stop from resuming physical activity...

Giornata interlocutoria, domani sarà molto più dura, pulizia scale, piazzale, commissioni, ritiro granitore e installazione in un altro locale, il tutto entro le 16, ma con una sveglia che suonerà poco dopo le 6, perché altrimenti c'è il rischio che non riesca a completare tutti i miei compiti, ma ritorniamo a quello che è successo in data odierna...

Ho detto inizialmente giornata interlocutoria, partita con una telefonata a un amministratore di condomini, che ha la gestione dei pagamenti delle varie fatture relative a una palazzina in cui eseguiamo la pulizia delle scale, i tempi di pagamento si stanno allungando, ho chiesto una verifica di tutto quanto, ho dovuto pure alzare la voce, perché faceva il verginello, ma alla fine ho ottenuto quello che volevo, la promessa che entro la fine della settimana avrò il saldo di tutti gli arretrati a me spettanti, nemmeno il tempo di compiacermi di questo fatto che ne è arrivato subito un altro, che ha quasi azzerato quello di buono che era appena successo...

Un messaggio, di un mio cliente, che mi annunciava che aveva preso la decisione di chiudere il suo locale, ufficialmente per avere una vita meno schiava e condizionata dal lavoro, in quanto era praticamente da solo a mandare avanti il suo locale, non era un incasso alto, quello che mi garantiva, ma ci sono valori che vanno oltre al mero aspetto economico, per cui era una persona con la quale mi trovavo bene, a livello di interazione, seria, educata, rispettosa del lavoro altrui, come dovrebbero essere tutti i rapporti commerciali, ma sono doti sempre più rare da ritrovarsi, per questo motivo mi dispiace che abbia deciso di chiudere, perché sono sempre più rare le persone a modo nel mondo del commercio...

Mi sono concesso un attimo di pausa nel pomeriggio, dedicato alla sistemazione di alcune pratiche che avevo rimandato da tempo ma erano diventate indifferibili, sono pure andato a fare una camminata, è un altro tentativo di ripresa, chissà se questa volta ce la farò, senza incorrere nuovamente in un stop da ripresa di attività fisica...
