It was a relatively calm morning today, I got up in complete tranquility, having decided to manage the day without particular worries, every now and then you have to pull the plug, even if I certainly didn't stay idle, because I dedicated myself for almost 2 hours cleaning the square, which is the subject of some small but tough controversy...

There are two currents, inside the small building where I live, perhaps I have already mentioned something like this in the recent past, let's say that today I finally clarified myself with the owner of one of these apartments, also considering the fact that the walls have ears, why do I say this?

Simple, I had direct testimony that words, apparently said to certain people, were in reality also heard by others, they were confidences, I still don't know exactly why but this thing happened, seeing and considering that I only needed to speak this person, without others hearing, the precise circumstance happened, we found ourselves by pure chance in a point where we could have a view of at least 10 meters, where there were no prying ears...

Moral of the story, I informed you of what the owner of 2 of the other apartments had told me, who demands thorough cleaning of the square of the house, unlike my interlocutor who, on the contrary, would not want it at all (as did the other owner who lives in the apartment above hers), but between the super-clean position and the zero-clean position there is a middle ground, because a degree of cleanliness is needed, bearing in mind , for example, that the area adjacent to the rainwater expulsion and transit pumps must be in order, as clean as possible, since if the pumps were to block by chance, there would be serious problems, as has already happened, but the other areas also need to be sorted out for a moment, so I was finally able to reach a semi-agreement in principle, thanks to which I keep the square clean, charging a monthly amount between 10 and 15 euros to each owner, avoiding putting hand the cleaning to third parties, which would cost much more than my skills, because my real hourly earnings are contained in a few euros, being practically at home, while an external person would have a much higher cost...

Mattinata di relativa calma, quella odierna, mi sono alzato in tutta tranquillità, avendo deciso di gestire la giornata senza particolari affanni, ogni tanto occorre staccare la spina, anche se non sono di certo rimasto senza fare nulla, perché mi sono dedicato per quasi 2 ore alla pulizia del piazzale, che è oggetto di qualche piccola ma tosta controversia...

Ci sono due correnti, all'interno della piccola palazzina in cui vivo, forse ho già accennato a qualcosa del genere in un recente passato, diciamo che oggi mi sono finalmente chiarito con la proprietaria di uno di questi appartamenti, considerando anche il fatto che pure i muri hanno le orecchie, perché dico questo?

Semplice, ho avuto testimonianza diretta che parole, in apparenza dette a determinate persone, in realtà sono state ascoltate anche da altre, erano confidenze, non so ancora bene per quale motivo ma è successa questa cosa, visto e considerato che avevo bisogno di parlare unicamente a questa persona, senza che altre sentissero, è capitato la circostanza precisa, ci siamo ritrovati per puro caso in un punto dove potevamo avere una visuale di almeno 10 metri, in cui non c'erano orecchie indiscrete...

Morale della favola, l'ho messa al corrente di quello che mi aveva riferito la proprietaria di 2 degli altri appartamenti, che pretende una pulizia accurata del piazzale di casa, a differenza della mia interlocutrice che al contrario non la vorrebbe affatto (così pure l'altra proprietaria che vive nell'appartamento sopra al suo), ma tra la posizione super-pulito e la posizione zero-pulizia c'è una via di mezzo, perché un grado di pulizia ci vuole, tenendo bene a mente, ad esempio, che la zona limitrofa alle pompe di espulsione dell'acqua piovana e di transito deve essere a posto, il più linda possibile, in quanto se le pompe si dovessero per caso bloccare, sarebbero problemi seri, come è già successo, ma anche le altre zone vanno un attimo sistemate, per cui sono riuscito a raggiungere finalmente un mezzo accordo di massima, grazie al quale mantengo la pulizia del piazzale, addebitando un importo mensile compreso tra i 10 e i 15 euro ad ogni proprietario, evitando di mettere in mano la pulizia a terze persone, che costerebbero molto di più rispetto alle mie competenze, perché il mio guadagno orario reale è contenuto in pochi euro, essendo praticamente di casa, mentre una persona esterna avrebbe un costo ben maggiore...
