Damn it's hot, really hot, this morning I had planned to clean 5 stairs, I got up quite early, and started with my work, even though I immediately understood that it would be hard, very hard, for me completing my effort unscathed, nothing particularly significant happened, but getting to the end certainly wasn't easy...

Today was also the area where the big cat that you have seen in my shots from time to time works, he also suffers a lot from the heat, he came looking for me, as usual, because he loves Catisfaction, those kibbles that usually drive cats crazy. cats because they find them delicious, but he also didn't have much energy today, because he arrived slowly, he meowed at me as if to make himself known, and he put me in the shade, because the heat is oppressive for everyone, including animals.. .

I carried out my work trying to waste as little energy as possible, almost sipping my strength, the thermometer of my car never dropped below 35 degrees, these are severe temperatures for the human body, let alone if a person, in this case me , he's not perfectly fit, of course, I'm trying to have some continuity in carrying out my walks on a weekly basis (at least 4-5 outings per week, unfortunately not very long always due to the heat), but I can't say it is certain to say that I am in such a physical condition that I can guarantee myself to easily overcome periods like these, unfortunately this terrible heat could even last until the end of this month, I hope that there will be a truce as soon as possible, some disturbances that allow you to breathe even outdoors, without forcing people to seek the artificial coolness of air conditioners, because these are not normal living conditions, we should live normally without resorting to artificial systems that make the climate more acceptable, but this is the reality we are living, and the further we go, I'm afraid it will get worse...

Accidenti che caldo, veramente tanto, questa mattina avevo in programma la pulizia di ben 5 scale, mi sono alzato abbastanza presto, e sono partito con la mia opera, anche se avevo capito sin da subito che sarebbe stata dura, molto dura, per me ultimare la mia fatica in maniera indenne, non è successo nulla di particolarmente rilevante, ma di certo arrivare alla fine non è stato facile...

Oggi era anche la zona in cui opera il micione che ogni tanto avete visto nei miei scatti, anche lui patisce molto il caldo, mi è venuto a cercare, come al solito, perché adora il Catisfaction, quei croccantini che abitualmente fanno impazzire i gatti perché li trovano buonissimi, ma anche lui non aveva molta energia oggi, perché è arrivato piano piano, mi ha miagolato come per farsi riconoscere, e mi è messo all'ombra, perché l'afa è opprimente per tutti, animali compresi...

Io ho svolto il mio lavoro cercando di sprecare meno energie possibile, quasi centellinando le forze, il termometro della mia vettura non è mai scesa sotto ai 35 gradi, sono temperature severe per il corpo umano, figuriamoci poi se una persona, in questo caso io, non è perfettamente in forma, certo, sto provando ad avere un po' di continuità nello svolgimento delle mie camminate a livello settimanale (almeno 4-5 uscite per settimana, purtroppo non molto lunghe sempre a causa del caldo), ma non posso di certo affermare che io sia in una condizione fisica tale che mi possa garantire di superare agevolmente dei periodi come questi, purtroppo questo caldo tremendo potrebbe durare addirittura fino alla fine di questo mese, io mi auguro che al più presto ci sia una tregua, delle perturbazioni che consentano di respirare anche all'aperto, senza costringere le persone a ricercare il fresco artificiale dei climatizzatori, perché non sono condizioni normali di vita, si dovrebbe vivere normalmente senza ricorrere a sistemi artificiali che rendano il clima più accettabile, ma questa è la realtà che stiamo vivendo, e più avanti andiamo, ho paura che sarà sempre peggio...
