Hurray!! It's getting hot again, I'm really happy about this fact, am I serious or am I spouting huge bullshit?!?! For those who know me at least a little, they know perfectly well that I cannot stand the heat, the mugginess, the excessive heat, all events and elements that are certainly not lacking in our area in this period, but I also have no doubt that there there are many areas in Italy and throughout the world where we live in climatic conditions that are decidedly worse than ours, so it's okay to complain because you're not feeling well, especially at work, but not too much, because you need to try to also see the glass half full, and not just half empty...

With this apparently philosophical entry, I am preparing to write something decent in this daily report of mine, also considering the fact that there was a positive point worth mentioning today, when I went to see a new administrator of condominium owners, recently appointed to replace one who, according to the condominium owners, was not doing a satisfactory job for them...

I had had previous contact with this lady, during which she had favorably impressed me, today the definitive confirmation, when she paid me in cash the amount relating to 6 months of work in arrears done, it was not a large amount, a couple of hundreds of euros or a little more, but the gesture is certainly praiseworthy and commendable, for what you did, not all the administrators would have behaved like you, from what I could understand, you advanced this amount on your own initiative, in the name and on behalf of the condominium owners, having not yet had effective access to their current account...

Evviva!! Sta tornando un gran caldo, sono proprio felice di questo fatto, sono serio oppure sto sparando delle immani cazzate?!?! Per chi mi conosce almeno un po', sa perfettamente che io non sopporto il caldo, l'afa, la calura eccessiva, tutti eventi ed elementi che in questo periodo di certo non mancano dalle nostre parti, ma non ho nemmeno nessun dubbio che ci sono tantissime zone nell'Italia e nel mondo intero dove si vive in condizioni climatiche decisamente peggiori rispetto alle nostre, per cui va bene lamentarsi perché non si sta bene, soprattutto lavorativamente parlando, ma non più di tanto, perché occorre cercare di vedere anche il bicchiere mezzo pieno, e non solamente mezzo vuoto...

Con questa entrata apparentemente filosofica, mi accingo a scrivere un qualcosa di decente in questo mio resoconto quotidiano, considerando anche il fatto che uno spunto positivo, degno di essere menzionato, nella giornata odierna c'è stato, quando sono andato da un nuovo amministratore di condomini, recentissimamente nominato per sostituirne uno che non svolgeva, a detta dei condomini, un lavoro soddisfacente per loro...

Avevo avuto un precedente contatto con questa signora, durante il quale mi aveva favorevolmente impressionato, oggi la definitiva conferma, quando mi ha pagato in contanti l'importo relativo a ben 6 mesi arretrati di lavoro svolto, non era un grande importo, un paio di centinaia di euro o poco più, ma il gesto è sicuramente lodevole ed incomiabile, per quello che ha fatto, non tutti gli amministratori si sarebbero comportati come lei, da quello che ho potuto intuire, ha anticipato lei, di sua iniziativa, questo importo, a nome e per conto dei condomini, non avendo ancora avuto l'accesso effettivo al loro conto corrente...
