Essendo stata in ferie una settimana, martedì 22 Giugno io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo deciso di passare la giornata a Fiorenzuola di Focara! Fiorenzuola è un piccolo borgo a metà strada tra Cattolica e Pesaro, il quale si pone su un promontorio da cui è possibile accedere al mare.

Come spesso accade nelle città e paesi Romagnoli e Marchigiani, è stata posta una targa all'ingresso del paese che testimonia il passaggio di Dante durante il suo esilio da Firenze.

Infatti nella targa posta all'ingresso del paese, è riportato anche un verso del XVIII canto dell'Inferno (Divina Commedia) in cui Dante cita Focara.

Arrivati in paese e parcheggiata la macchina, abbiamo imboccato il sentiero che conduce alla spiaggia, e subito davanti a noi è apparso il mare.

Nonostante qualche anno fa il promontorio di Fiorenzuola sia stato colpito da un incendio, la vegetazione è ricresciuta rigogliosa. In alcuni punti però, qualche albero ancora secco spunta dal bosco che costeggia la strada che conduce alla spiaggia.
Ecco alcune foto della vista che si può ammirare lungo la strada per arrivare in spiaggia:

Arrivati in spiaggia, abbiamo deciso di spostarci nella parte a destra in cui al posto della sabbia erano presenti sassi. L'acqua e il panorama a mio avviso erano migliori in questa parte di spiaggia!

Il promontorio verde e i tronchi bianchi sulla spiaggia regalano un'atmosfera "wild". Nella spiaggia erano presente alcune costruzioni con i legni, una delle quali era una vera e propria capanna in cui ci siamo riparati durante le ore più calde!

Nella "nostra" capanna era presente anche una vera e propria finestra sul mare.

Abbiamo lasciato la spiaggia alle ore 20 circa. Questa l'ultima foto che ho scattato.

Per ritornare al paese la strada è in salita, ma dopo una giornata così, non è stato un problema fare un po' di fatica!!

Having been on vacation for a week, on Tuesday June 22 my boyfriend and I decided to spend the day in Fiorenzuola di Focara! Fiorenzuola is a small village halfway between Cattolica and Pesaro, which stands on a promontory from which you can access the sea.

As often happens in the cities and towns of Romagna and Marche regions, a commemorative plate has been placed at the entrance of the village to testify the passage of Dante during his exile from Florence.

In fact in the plate placed at the entrance of the village, is also reported a verse of the eighteenth canto of Hell (Divine Comedy) in which Dante mentions Focara.

Arrived in the village and parked the car, we took the path that leads to the beach, and immediately in front of us appeared the sea.

Despite the fact that a few years ago the promontory of Fiorenzuola was hit by a fire, the vegetation has grown back beautifully. In some places, however, a few trees still dry stick out of the woods that line the road leading to the beach.

When we arrived at the beach, we decided to move to the part on the right where instead of sand there were stones. The water and the panorama in my opinion were better in this part of the beach!

The green headland and the white logs on the beach give a "wild" atmosphere. On the beach there were some constructions with the logs, one of which was a real hut where we repaired during the hottest hours!

In "our" hut there was also a real window on the sea.

We left the beach at about 8.00 pm. This is the last photo I took.

To return to the village the road is uphill, but after a day like this, it was not a problem to make some effort!!!
