Ieri ho gustato questo piatto all'ora di pranzo, l'ho comprato in uno di quei ristoranti che sull'insegna dice Cibo con un tocco di sapore di fatto in casa, e NON mentono, aveva il sapore di quel cibo che le mamme preparano teneramente per i loro figli
Yesterday I enjoyed this dish at lunchtime, I bought it in one of those restaurants that on the sign says, Food with a touch of homemade flavour, and they are NOT lying, it tasted like that food that mothers they prepare tenderly for their children.
Questa è una zuppa di tortilla, in alcuni ristoranti la frittata di uova è più grande, ma questa in particolare viene tagliata a cubetti e vengono aggiunte spezie, ha un sapore gradevole e il valore è economico.
This is a tortilla soup, in some restaurants the egg omelette is larger, but this particular one is cut into cubes and spices are added, it has a nice flavor and the value is cheap
Trota con patatine fritte e riso, normalmente ci mettono sopra diverse salse per accompagnarla

Questo dolce è una crostata ai frutti rossi, metà con crema chantilly, l'ho comprata separatamente dal piatto precedente, costa 4 dollari, ma ne vale la pena
This dessert is a red fruit tart, half with Chantilly cream, I bought it separately from the previous dish, it costs 4 dollars, but it's worth it.
Questo è un dolce alle more, troppo dolce, NON l'ho mangiato, l'ho appena provato, non mi piace sprecare il cibo, ma aveva troppo zucchero
This is a blackberry dessert, too sweet, I did NOT eat it, I just tried it, I don't like wasting food, but it had too much sugar.
Riso, patate e carne, c'è chi dice che sia il cibo dei poveri, ma la povertà come molti cose della vita è relativa, a me questo piatto piace... Ti auguro una buona giornata.

They are dishes that I have bought every day, I am NOT a good cook, I don't like to cook either, I admit it, so I buy in restaurants and I can participate in the contest.
Arroz, papas y carne...comida de los pobres...pero el arroz está costando un riñón en las Filipinas. Imaginate: un país asiático, tierra del arroz y mi mejor amiga filipina me dijo que no lo podía comprar porque le costaba tal y como el champán y caviar, che, pasme. Lo mismo aquí con las papas, una vergüenza. En los países europeos, históricamente, la carne siempre fue para los señores, así que no me quedo pasmada por su precio. Ya dicen que la clase media no la compra más.
Pero, qué bonitos los huevos, me encantan.
In questo Paese c’è tanta varietà di colture, tanta ricchezza di cui si potrebbe sfruttare, ma manca quello che abbiamo nel mio Paese d’origine, la disciplina, è meglio NON entrare nei dettagli.
