Pistachio, I love this flavor. It has a hint of powdered milk. That's what I get when I eat the little nuts.

    You're right, the powdered milk flavor you mentioned gives the ice cream more flavor , pistachio is one of my favorite flavors. Thank you so much for wishing me luck.
