I had heard many similar things that are done from Venezuela, from buying citizenships, passports, and this new thing of buying the identity of a deceased, that's what the regimes do.
Unfortunately, I am a witness that things are like this with Cubans, I work indirectly with them, they are watched from their residences to their jobs, and they have a restricted schedule; among many other things.
And the worst thing for me is a surrender of the country's sovereignty to a foreign force that the majority doesn't want to talk to.
In all parts of the world, Cubans want to have a presence, with the excuse of providing medical assistance they enter countries, of course with the collaboration of their rulers.
More than the Cubans and the Russians I fear the Chinese, their global presence and important aesthetic places.
