Hope everyone is well.I really enjoyed being able to participate in the Best Foot Contest.Today I am going to share with you a delicious recipe.So without delay let's get started.Today I cooked Chicken Birani with Potatoes.

the ingredients

1.Chicken
2.Small rice
3.Ginger
4.Garlic
5.Cumin
6.Birani Masala
7.Salt
8.Soybean Oil
9.Pepper
10.potatoes

STEP-1

First of all, the chicken meat should be washed, then the rice should be washed and kept in a bowl, then the necessary chili, garlic and ginger should be beaten.

STEP-2

First add oil to the pan and fry the onion well. When the onion is fried, ginger, garlic paste, tomato sauce and chili sauce should be added there. Then mix all the spices. Then after two minutes mix it with biryani masala. After a little grinding, salt should be added there and then all the spices should be mixed with a little water. Then put the chicken meat there and keep it in the oven for 8-10 minutes.Then add potatoes there.After 20 to 25 minutes the chicken will be cooked and then it should be kept in a bowl.

STEP-3

After putting oil in a pot, add some ginger, garlic and chilli and after some time pour the rice there. Then the rice will be cooked within 20 to 25 minutes.Then add the chicken and potatoes to the rice. After cooking the rice and meat for a while, take it out of the oven after 5 minutes and the cooking is done.

Chicken Birani is a very common dish in our Bangladesh. This food is eaten at least once a week in our Bangladesh. Usually we eat more of this food when we go to the hotel and it is not prepared much at home.If you want you can make this food recipe at your home a very delicious dish.
