Noccioline (manì)

Ieri ho trovato questi due piatti pieni di noccioline appena raccolte dalla pianta.Non sono uguali alle nostre,sono morbide e la pellicina rossa non si stacca.Qui le tostano e gli aggiungono il sale,attualmente le abbiamo stese al sole in modo che si induriscano un po.

Yesterday I found these two plates full of freshly picked peanuts from the plant. They are not the same as ours, they are soft and the red skin does not come off. Here they toast them and add salt to them, currently we have spread them in the sun so that they harden a bit.

A seconda dei gusti si può mangiare in torrone o una volta tostato una por una.A chi piace lo macina e con sempre l'aggiunta di zucchero ne fa tipo una pasta.
