Hello everyone!

A few days ago I proposed to the Community and to the Steemit Team the idea of ​​organizing the Steemit Awards 2020.

@steemcurator01 answered enthusiastically, believing it could be a good initiative, but they also let me know that it would be impossible for them to organize the event.

I had already promised myself not to take the responsibility of doing them directly because I wanted the initiative to take on the characteristics of officialdom and be managed by @steemitblog.

But, as you may have guessed, I am a very strong-willed person. I like challenges and when I believe in an idea, I try to carry it out at any cost.

And so, despite the many difficulties of this period and the many initiatives already active in Italy that I am managing, I want to make a further commitment.

I do this because I have read the consent and approval comments from many users and also because I believe this is a fantastic opportunity. I would have been very sorry to abandon the idea and would have considered it a missed occasion for all of us.

I'll tell you immediately how I structured the idea.

🏅 STEEMIT AWARDS 2020!! 🏅

As I told you in the presentation post, 7 categories have been established:

• Best User - Steemian of the Year

• Best Author

• Best Curator

• Best New User

• Best Country Representative

• Best Project

• Best Witness

Each Community will be able to express its 7 nominations, one per category. A user can also be nominated for more than one category.

To express your nominations, just leave a comment on this post.

Warning: only the nominations expressed by the accounts of the Country Reps or those of the Communities will be taken into consideration.

Therefore, the nominations entered in the comments of single users who have an active community on Steemit, will not be taken into consideration.

Instead, those of users who do not have active Communities will be inserted. The country of belonging must however be specified in the comment, in order to give me the possibility to carry out a check.

This absolutely does not mean that individual users will be cut off from voting...quite the contrary!

Once 7 days have passed and we have collected the nominations, I will enter all the names in a Google Form and publish the link in a post.

By filling out that form, each of you will be able to vote for your favorite Steemians.

At the end of the form, I asked to confirm the vote with a comment on the post.

It's very important, because in this way I will be able to count only the votes that have been verified. This is to prevent a single user from voting multiple times.

Ciao a tutti!

Alcuni giorni fa ho proposto alla community e al Team Steemit l'idea di organizzare gli Steemit Awards 2020.

@steemcurator01 ha risposto in modo entusiasta, ritenendo che potesse essere una bella iniziativa, ma mi hanno anche fatto sapere che sarebbe stato impossibile per loro organizzare l'evento.

Io mi ero già ripromesso di non prendermi la responsabilità di farli direttamente perché volevo che l'iniziativa assumesse i caratteri dell'ufficialità e fosse gestita da @steemitblog.

Ma come avrete capito, sono una persona molto volitiva. Mi piacciono le sfide e quando credo in un'idea, cerco di portarla avanti ad ogni costo.

E così, nonostante le mille difficoltà di questo periodo e le tantissime iniziative già attive su Italy che sto gestendo, voglio prendermi un ulteriore impegno.

Lo faccio perché ho letto i commenti di consenso e approvazione di tanti utenti e anche perché credo che questa sia una fantastica opportunità. Abbandonare l'idea mi sarebbe dispiaciuto molto e l'avrei considerata un'occasione persa per tutti noi.

Vi dico subito come ho strutturato l'idea.

Come vi dicevo nel post di presentazione, sono state istituite 7 categorie:

• Miglior Utente - Steemian dell'Anno

• Miglior Autore

• Miglior Curatore

• Miglior Nuovo Utente

• Miglior Country Representative

• Miglior Progetto

• Miglior Witness

Ogni Comunità potrà esprimere le sue 7 nomination, una per categoria. Un utente potrà essere nominato anche per più di una categoria.

Per esprimere le vostre nominations, basterà lasciare un commento a questo post.

Attenzione: verranno prese in considerazione soltanto le nominations espresse dagli account dei Country Rep o da quelli delle Comunità.

Quindi, le nominations inserite nei commenti degli utenti singoli che hanno una comunità attiva su Steemit, non verranno prese in considerazione.
