Wow. That's quite a story. Thanks for the info on your entry. A pity the water doesn't flow from the dragon. Perhaps a good promotional stunt for the place is instead of water let fire spew out of it! You know, put a gas pipe through the mouth and at certain times of the day turn on the gas and ignite it.
