Here are some of the ingredients I have taken to make Cabbage Stir Fry with Small Prawns-

1- Cabbage
2- Small prawns
3- Chopped green chillies
4- Chopped onions
5- Crushed garlic
6- Turmeric powder
7- Salt and
8- Cooking oil etc.

Here I take everything as quantity.

prepared method

First here I take cabbage. Now I cut the cabbage into small pieces. Now wash the cabbage well.

Now here I have taken small shrimps. Coated small prawns well with little salt and turmeric powder.

Then I put a pan on the stove and put a little oil in the pan. Now I put small shrimps in it. Now fry the prawns by stirring well.

Then I put a pan on the stove again and put cabbage in the pan. Then add salt, turmeric powder and chopped green chillies inside it. After that I covered it with a lid after stirring it well.

After a little while I lifted the lid and stirred well again and put the pre-fried prawns inside it. This time I have moved well again. After some time, when the cabbage water dries up, I take it off the stove.

Then again I put a pan in the oven and put enough oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and crushed garlic and fry until light red.

Then I put pre-cooked cabbage inside it. Now stir it for a while and fry it. After a little while, I took it out of the oven.
