Campocecina - Parte 1 | UNFORGETTABLE TRIP Contest [ITA-ENG]

Oggi ho deciso di creare un post riguardante un viaggio che ho fatto l'estate scorsa, quando ho raggiunto località Campocecina sulla mia bici. Sfrutto l'occasione per partecipare al contest organizzato da @italygame nella comunità italiana: UNFORGETTABLE TRIP. Ho diviso il post iniziale in due parti perché l'insieme di foto che volevo aggiungere era forse troppo corposo. Ci sarà poi un terzo e ultimo post con un'ulteriore località nascosta nelle vicinanze, raggiungibile per mezzo di una strada non asfaltata... ma tempo al tempo.
Le immagini che trovi qui sotto sono tutte foto scattate dal mio smartphone, e che ho modificato grazie all'app Paint.net, aggiungendo dei forti contrasti e alcune bande laterali molto schiarite. Le mappe sono state estrapolate da alcuni screenshot acquisiti sul sito web Openstreetmap. Ma veniamo al punto più importante.
Iniziamo il viaggio
Campocecina si trova in Europa, in Italia, e precisamente in Toscana, in prossimità del confine con la vicina Liguria. La provincia di residenza è quella di Massa-Carrara, ed è raggiungibile per mezzo di una strada asfaltata che parte dalla città di Carrara e che deve poi essere abbandonata a pochi chilometri dal confine ligure.
La strada sfocia a Campocecina una decina di chilometri più tardi, in un ampio piazzale che da su una ripida parete e da cui la vista arriva fino al mare. Siamo a circa 1200 metri d'altitudine. Non è però qui che ho scattato le mie foto: mi sono invece immesso in una strada sulla sinistra, un altro – e ultimo – tratto asfaltato in grado di portare fino all'imbocco di alcuni sentieri. Ecco, qui si trova una vera e propria mostra a cielo aperto, con la strada che circonda come un serpente un angolo di verde ricolmo di svariate sculture.
La carrellata di foto che ho scattato è incentrata proprio su questo spazio verde. Ho fotografato quasi tutte le sculture presenti, la metà delle quali le trovi di seguito. Il resto saranno aggiunte in un nuovo post, dove cercherò magari di svelare anche qualche curiosità che riuscirò a trovare su questo luogo.
Mentre io cerco qualcosa, goditi intanto questa breve fotostoria. A partire da un curioso lungo vestito senz'anima fino a una panchina solitaria a pochi metri dalla strada. Io posso soltanto sperare che ti piaccia.

Today I decided to create a post about a trip I completed last summer, when I reached Campocecina on my bike. I use this occasion to join the contest organized by @italygame in the Italy community: UNFORGETTABLE TRIP. I divided the initial post into two parts because the set of photos I wanted to add was perhaps too large. After the first two ones, there will be a third - and last - post with a further hidden location nearby, reachable by means of an unpaved road... but we'll see it in the future.
The images you find below are photos taken by my smartphone, which I modified thanks to the Paint.net app, adding strong contrasts and very lightened sidebands. The map images have been extrapolated from some screenshots acquired on the Openstreetmap website. But let's get to the most important point.
Beginning the trip
Campocecina is located in Europe, in Italy, and precisely in Tuscany, near the border with close Liguria. Its province is Massa-Carrara, and it can be reached following an asphalted road that starts from the city of Carrara and which we have to abandon a few kilometers before the Ligurian border.
The road reaches Campocecina ten kilometers about later, in a large square that overlooks a steep wall and from which the eyes can reach the sea. We are about 1200 meters above sea level. However, it's not here that I took my photos: instead, I entered a road on the left, another – and last – asphalted stretch that can lead to the beginning of some paths. Well, here is a real open-air exhibition, with the road that surrounds a corner of greenery filled with various sculptures like a snake.
The photos round-up I took is focused precisely on this green space. I photographed almost all the sculptures present, half of which can be found below. The rest will be added in a new post, where I will perhaps try to reveal some curiosities that I will be able to find about this place.
While I'm looking for something, enjoy this short photo story. Starting from a curious long soulless dress, up to a lonely bench a few meters from the road. I can only hope you like it.
