Quando avevo poco piu' di 20 anni iniziai la mia lunga ed ancora in atto parabola di lavoro nei villaggi turistici.
Un mio vecchio capo villaggio dell'epoca, sui 45 anni, mi disse una cosa che mi rimase impressa, non so per quale ragione perche' in realta non la capii bene subito.
Mi disse che da una certa eta' in poi, fermo restando la assoluta esigenza di avere piu' progetti che ricordi, occorre iniziare a “togliere” invece di “aggiungere”.

Quando sei piu' giovane in effetti tendi a mettere di tutto in quello che e' lo “zaino” della tua vita, sei appunto in una eta' in cui ti ritieni in grado di gestire tutto, oppure di fottertene di tutto.
Poi quando arriva l'eta' del dattero capisci che invece bisogna “togliere” cose da quello zaino lasciando dentro solo cio' che veramente e' importante.
Da qualche anno lo sto' facendo e...funziona.

Mi sono tolto di torno persone inutili, negative, profeti di sventura vari, gente che ti frequenta soltanto per un proprio tornaconto, rompicoglioni professionali e via dicendo.
Poi ho tolto, compatibilmente con la salvaguardia del mio iban, tutti i lavori che mi creavano piu' fastidi che vantaggi ed anche questa cosa ha funzionato a dovere.

Oggi posso dire di fare quasi soltanto unicamente cose che mi piacciono e di frequentare, anche per lavoro, persone che sono un autentico valore aggiunto. Non e' stata una cosa dall'oggi al domani, c'e' voluto tempo, qualche errore di valutazione, qualche scelta sbagliata ma col tempo si impara anche a sbagliare di meno, credetemi.

Ho fatto la stessa cosa nei social, mi sono creato il mio blog, le mie pagine facebook, i miei spazi dove posso scrivere cio' che voglio, chi viene a visitare i miei spazi o si comporta in modo adeguato o non ci saranno altre visite.
Questa storia del contraddittorio e' una cazzata immensa, contraddittorio con chi? Per cosa? Per quale ragione visto che sono in uno spazio in cui mi diverto?

Esulano da questo discorso i crypto social dove, probabilmente perche' gira qualche soldo, c'e' una sorta di autoregolamentazione che tiene alla larga i rompicoglioni professionali.
Quindi mi sono trovato bene subito e cerco di fare la mia parte.

Provate anche voi a “togliere”, vedrete che funziona.

Then when the age of the date arrives you understand that instead you have to "remove" things from that backpack, leaving only what is really important inside. I've been doing it for a few years and... it works.

I got rid of useless, negative people, various prophets of doom, people who hang out with you only for their own gain, professional pain in the ass and so on.
Then I removed, compatibly with the safeguarding of my iban, all the jobs that created me more annoyances than advantages and this also worked properly.

Today I can say that I almost only do things that I like and that I hang out with people who are a real added value, even for work. It wasn't something overnight, it took time, some errors of assessment, some wrong choices but over time you also learn to make less mistakes, believe me.

I did the same thing in social media, I created my blog, my facebook pages, my spaces where I can write what I want, whoever comes to visit my spaces either behaves appropriately or there will be no other visits .
This contradictory thing is huge bullshit, contradicting who? For what? Why since I'm in a space where I enjoy myself?

Crypto social networks go beyond this discussion where, probably because there is some money, there is a sort of self-regulation that keeps professional pain in the ass at bay. So I got on well right away and I'm trying to do my part.

Try to "remove", you will see that it works.
