Normalità 🇮🇹🇬🇧

La guerra ha fatto si che un po' tutti ci dimenticassimo che da due anni la nostra vita e' stata capovolta dalla pandemia.
Piano piano pero' pare che la situazione torni alla normalita'.
Per un viaggiatore come il sottoscritto non dover piu' fare PCR in entrata ed in uscita da Cuba e' gia' un grosso passo avanti.

Dal 1 maggio pare che altre restrizioni verranno tolte, gia' al campo di calciotto dove giochiamo il venerdi' non ci stanno
chiedendo il green pass mi pare dall'inzio di questo mese.
Se non ho capito male da maggio anche al ristorante si potrebbe entrare esattamente come prima che questa maledetta pandemia ci rovinasse la vita.

Ancora non e' chiara la situazione per quanto riguarda le mascherine al chiuso, non e' stato deciso se l'obbligo finira' o sara' prorogato.
Personalmente, credo che questo valga un po' per tutti quelli con ancora qualche neurone funzionante, mi regolero' comunque col buon senso.
Se vedro' un capannello di gente mi mettero' la mascherina in caso
contrario potrei anche evitarlo, diciamo che andro' a naso.

Ci sono poi cose curiose che pero' fanno incazzare chi le subisce.
L'altro giorno il proprietario del bar dove faccio colazione era incazzato nero.
Il comune di Giaveno gli ha intimato il pagamento della tassa per l'utilizzo del dehor per i mesi di lockdown dove il bar era chiuso.
Cioe' bar chiuso, tavolini dentro, nessun cliente, nessun incasso e si deve pero' pagare in un unica soluzione entro il 30 aprile la tassa per lo spazio antistante al bar pena la revoca della possibilita' di
utilzzarlo.

Ovviamente si tratta dell'ennesimo caso di abuso della pubblica amministrazione nei confronti dei cittadini.
Vediamo pero' il bicchiere mezzo pieno, dal 1 maggio il concetto di normalita' diventa sempre piu' concreto, poi si parla di quarta dose per gli over 50 in autunno ma questo e' un altro discorso.

The situation with regard to indoor masks is still not clear, it has not been decided whether the obligation will end or be extended.
Personally, I think this applies a bit to all those with still some functioning neurons, I'll settle with common sense anyway.
If I see a bunch of people, I'll put on a mask just in case
on the contrary, I could also avoid it, let's say I'm going to nose.

Then there are curious things that however piss off those who suffer them.
The other day the owner of the cafe where I have breakfast was pissed off.
The municipality of Giaveno ordered him to pay the tax for the use of the outdoor area for the months of lockdown where the bar was closed.
That is, the bar is closed, tables inside, no customers, no collections and the fee for the space in front of the bar must be paid in a single solution by April 30, under penalty of revocation of the possibility of
use it.

Obviously this is yet another case of abuse by the public administration against citizens.
But let's see the glass half full, from 1 May the concept of normality becomes more and more concrete, then we talk about a fourth dose for those over 50 in the autumn but this is another matter.
