Che il clima nel mondo stia andando a puttane e' un fatto acclarato, sto lavorando in centro Italia, siamo quasi a luglio e di sera ci vuole una bella felpa, fa bello 3 giorni poi viene giu' di tutto.
A Cuba ci sono stati giorni torridi come non si vedevano da anni, poi improvvisamente il tempo cambia, inizia a piovere a dirotto, il mare tracima per le strade e la Capitale di tutti i cubani si
trasforma in un bacino per gare di canoa.

Esiste una prevenzione per queste cose?
Resto dell'idea che quando la natura si incazza ci sia poco da fare, gli esempi nostrani sono evidenti; l'Aquila, Amatrice, maggio 2023 in Romagna soltanto per fare gli esempi piu' recenti.
Quindi e' inutile incolpare il governo se le vie dell'Avana vengonoinvase dall'acqua, e' sempre capitato e continuera' a capitare.

Poi certo una rete fognaria decente aiuterebbe, una manutenzione delle strade non sarebbe male, ma il mare non lo fermi con le mani.
Oramai anche da noi se piove per due giorni si allaga tutto e si formano buche nelle strade mai viste.
Come dico sempre Cuba non e' su Marte, i difetti che hanno gli altri paesi non e' pensabile che non li abbia anche Cuba.

L'Avana poi e' una baia esposta a venti e correnti, c'e' poco da fare, se vivi vicino al Malecon sai che prima o poi qualcosa potra' succedere, questa volta e' accaduto al Vedado, la prossima volta sara' in altri barrios.
Chiaro che abitazioni fatiscenti e tenute su con lo sputo difficilmente reggono simili eventi climatici ma siamo pur sempre in un paese del terzo mondo che fa quello che puo' col poco che ha.

Per fortuna pare che queste perturbazioni abbiano risparmiato l'oriente del paese, da Tunas non mi sono arrivate notizie di allagamenti.
Mancavano solo quelli.
