Il pezzo odierno non ha un argomento specifico, non e' sempre necessario avere un punto di riferimento da seguire, diciamo che oggi faro' una miscellanea di differenti argomenti.
Dal 15 novembre, la situazione del turismo dall'altro lato del bloqueo, Cuba, ha iniziato ad avere una sua regolamentazione, i locali stanno riaprendo cosi' come le spiagge ed i luoghi di vacanza.
Molti hotel riprendono servizio dopo quasi 2 anni di chiusura, l'hotel Las Tunas, dove c'e' la piscina, al momento pero' e' ancora utilizzato come ospedale per bambini.
Dal 1 novembre è ripartito il trasporto interprovinciale, sono gia' uscite le tariffe per Yutong e treni mentre per gli aerei che si occupano dei voli interni ancora non le ho viste.
Lo stesso discorso per i Viazul, che in fondo sono i bus che ci interessano eventualmente.
Per quanto riguarda i prezzi dei bus interni diciamo “per cubani” rispetto a 2 anni fa il rincaro e' stato di circa il 30%, ad esempio il viaggio Las Tunas- Havana e' passato da 150 a 195 pesos, Viazul mantiene lo stesso criterio quindi il costo di questo tragitto è di circa 35 euro, ovviamente questo tipo di bus si paga in divisa pesante con tajeta o da remoto.
A quel punto, soprattuto col cambio alternativo, il taxi collettivo e' seriamente da prendere in considerazione.

Oltre al pesos a Cuba oggi “circolano” altre 3 divise; Euro, Dollaro e MLC. In realta', ovviamente, MLC non e' una divisa reale ma viene considerata come tale; faccio un esempio. Io ho una tajeta, un bancomat, una postepay, una carta di credito, una prepagata, fulano deve acquistare uno split di aire per la casa ma non ha la tajeta, niente parenti all'esterior che ricaricano. Io acquisto lo split con la mia tajeta, il costo nella tienda e' diciamo di 700 dollari, fulano per ogni dollaro che spendo mi allunghera' cash 70 pesos. Ovviamente non sarebbe legale come non lo e' cambiare il dollaro stesso a 70 o l'euro a 80/85 ma funziona cosi'.
Non a caso lo stato sta ragionando se alzare il valore del dollaro e dell'euro al cambio della cadeca, che ad oggi e' di 24 e 27, 5 cup circa per le 2 divise.

È partito dalla mia citta', Torino, uno studio clinico di osservazione sul vaccino cubano Soberana che e' gia' stato somministrato con successo a 3 milioni di cubani. Sara' uno studio osservazionale e non sperimentale in collaborazione con l'ospedale Amedeo di Savoia della citta' sabauda, sara' promosso fra gli altri da; Instituto di vaccini Finlay di Cuba, Ospedale Amedeo di Savoia, Agenzia per interscambio culturale ed economico con Cuba, la rete “sano, giusto e solidale”, Il centro internazionale cubano di salute “La Predera”, l'ufficio del governo cubano di amicizia con los pueblos, l'agenzia di viaggi cubana Amistur, le ambasciate di Cuba ed Italia.
Mi sembra una splendida iniziativa, dove c'e' la salute di mezzo non devono esistere barriere politiche o burocratiche sopratutto nei confronti di chi ci ha, concretamente, aiutato nel nostro momento di maggiore difficolta' mentre, e' bene ricordarlo, l'Europa ci girava le spalle.
Trattasi di vaccino monodose che riattiva una risposta immunitaria pre-esistente puo' essere utilizzato da convalescenti covid-19 in associazione a qualsiasi altro vaccino col quale si e' stati immunizzata.

Intanto in tutta l'isola sono in corso riunioni con i duenos delle case de renta in vista della riapertura al turismo con i protocolli che il Minsap indica per potere accogliere i turisti.
Ero giu' a gennaio/febbraio, il solo protocollo che ho visto e' una bacinella all'ingresso con dentro una spugnetta e una bottiglietta di cloro puzzolente, ora che sono tornato la situazione è la stessa.
Vi consiglio di portarvi da casa liquido igienizzante e sapone anti batterico. introvabile sull'isola. Va bene la vacanza ma...prudenza sempre.
