Una delle cose che ho riscontrato durante questo ultimo viaggio e' la voglia di molti, non di tutti, di lasciare il paese per giocarsi l'avventura all'exterior.
“Ya tengo el pasaje” e' il mantra piu' in voga in questo periodo
storico difficile e di non facile interpretazione.

Del resto il matazones di gente che affronta ore, giorni, di code per avere il passaporto in tutte le citta' e' sinonimo chiaro di volersene andare.
Sui passaporti neanche noi italiani scherziamo, ho avuto on line appuntamento per il 12 settembre in questura per rifarlo, appuntamento preso a marzo, spero sempre di trovare un sistema di farlo prima.

Si svendono appartamenti, auto, moto, beni, tutto cio' che puo' fare cassa anche perche' se il patrocinatore negli Stati Uniti ci mette del suo non lo fa certo pro bono.
Questo nella maggior parte dei casi.

Se ne vanno persone di differenti ceti sociali, una signora che a Tunas faceva la panettiera ora lavora in Florida in un mercato, per dividere le spese vivono in 13 in un appartamento.
Diverse amiche se ne sono andate, chi in Serbia, chi in Usa, chi in Australia, chi in Bulgaria ovunque pur di provare a giocarsela.
Dietro a queste partenze non c'e' uno straccio di ideologia, chi invoca l'asilo politico e' perche' non aveva i mezzi economici per uscire dal paese legalmente.

Passando da paesi terzi ci vogliono oggi, per entrare nelle terre confederate non meno di 15 mila dollari, non tutti possono permetterselo o hanno un patrocinatore che si fa avanti.
Per questa ragione c'e' ancora chi parte in balsa, col rischio sia di riempire la panza a los tibutones che di venire rimandato indietro dalla guardia costiera statunitense se viene pescato col pie' mojado, succede molto piu' spesso di quello che si pensa.

Los barrios si svuotano di giovani e questa e' la perdita maggiore per l'isola, se ne vanno ragazzi con competenze specifiche in ambito informatico e gestionale che sarebbero utilissimi al paese, ma lavorare per 3000 pesos al mese, se va bene, non consente di vivere, neanche di sopravvivere.
Come dicono spesso, non e' il salario che e' basso ma il mese che e' largo, se un mese fosse di 3 giorni non ci sarebbero problemi.

Il boss della famiglia, in pensione, e' stato contattato dal Minint per tornare a lavorare, in questo modo oltre alla pensione avrebbe un salario piu' tutti i vantaggi che lavorare in quel settore puo' regalare, stanno facendo le investigazioni, credo sia questione di giorni e si va ad incorporare.
Il fatto che un settore cosi' delicato ricorra a gente di quella eta' e' la dimostrazione che si stanno aprendo falle importanti negli uffici e nei posti di lavoro dovute alla partenza di molti.
Chi parte chiede solamente di poter lavorare e di vivere, anche con qualche tribolazione, col denaro guadagnato cosa che, ad oggi, a Cuba e' impossibile.

La libreta e' ancora la vecchia, desueta ma apprezzata ancora di salvezza.
Col pane a 300/350 pesos (10 panini) il panino che viene dato a testa al giorno e' fondamentale, cosi' come la dotazione mensile di pomo de aceite, le due confezioni di salciccia, il pollo (quando lo danno) il
detergente, le sigarette, la leche per i bambini fino a 7 anni, il caffe', il sale, lo zucchero e via discorrendo.

Si affrontano code draconiane per puntare il proprio numero poi altre per ritirare il prodotto.
Oramai le code vere non sono quelle davanti alle tiendas in MLC ma quelle per i prodotti della libreta, quando sono disponibili.
Se passi le giornate a fare code diventa anche difficile lavorare se non si ha qualcuno che fa la coda per te.

Devo dire che negli ultimi giorni la situazione riguardante i prodotti di libreta mi era sembrata un pochino migliorata.
In qualche modo questo esodo verso l'exterior si dovra' esaurire altrimenti l'isola rischia di diventare un paese per vecchi, visto che i giovani ma anche i 40 enni appena hanno una occasione per andare la colgono al volo.
Vedremo nei prossimi mesi ed anni come si evolveranno le situazioni.

I must say that in the last few days the situation regarding libreta products seemed to me to have improved a little.
Somehow this exodus towards the exterior will have to end otherwise the island runs the risk of becoming a country for old people, given that young people but also 40-year-olds seize it as soon as they have an opportunity to go.
