Amico

Una delle cose che caratterizzano, in peggio, i tempi che stiamo vivendo e' la metamorfosi che per molti ha trasformato la parola AMICIZIA in qualcosa di differente.
Vengo da un mondo in cui, da ragazzi, ci si ritrovava ad uscire in 40 persone, alla fine rischiavi di non andare da nessuna parte perche' era complicato mettere tutti daccordo ma si stava comunque insieme tutta la serata, era bellissimo.

Nel 1982 (foto) con alcuni di loro fondammo una squadra di calcio amatoriale ispirata all'Aston Villa che in quell'anno vinse l'allora Coppa dei Campioni.
Nel marzo del 2022 la squadra ha compiuto 40 anni, giocando come sempre, del gruppo originale siamo ancora in 6, tutti intorno ai 60 anni a cui si sono aggiunti alcuni figli.
Chi non gioca piu' per motivi fisici e' comunque rimasto a far parte del gruppo partecipando a cene, passeggiate in montagna, zingarate ai rifugi.

Lo sport ci ha tenuto insieme, credo che le amicizie VERE siano quelle nate quando eravamo ragazzi, poi lungo il cammino delle nostre vite possono arrivare altre persone con cui stiamo bene ma e' comunque una cosa differente dall'iniziare una amicizia quando
si e' ragazzi e non ci sono interessi di sorta.

Oggi vedo che la gente conta quanti amici virtuali ha, quanti follower.
Questo purtroppo vale ed anche sopratutto per i giovani che vedo
ridotti in giro a gruppetti di 2/3, tutti col naso piazzato sopra il telefonino.
Il mio e' un discorso generale, non si deve generalizzare ma purtroppo la situazione e' questa.

Credo che occorrerebbe sempre contestualizzare tutto, e' bello
come capita in questa comunita' condividere idee ed opinioni con
persone che nella maggior parte dei casi non si conoscono, e' un arricchimento da non sottovalutare a patto di essere consapevoli del contesto in cui ci si trova.
La parola “Amico” e' oggi tremendamente inflazionata, adrebbe riportata, a mio modesto parere, nella sua giusta dimensione.

One of the things that characterize, for the worse, the times we are living in is the metamorphosis that for many has transformed the word FRIENDSHIP into something different.
I come from a world where, as kids, you found yourself going out with 40 people, in the end you risked not going anywhere because it was difficult to get everyone to agree but we were still together all evening, it was beautiful.

In 1982 with some of them we founded an amateur football team inspired by Aston Villa which in that year won the then European Cup.
In March 2022 the team turned 40, playing as always, we are still 6 of the original group, all around 60 years old to which some children have been added.
Those who no longer play for physical reasons still remained part of the group by participating in dinners, walks in the mountains, gypsy in the shelters.

Sport has kept us together, I believe that TRUE friendships are those born when we were kids, then along the path of our lives other people can come along with whom we are fine but it is still a different thing from starting a friendship when
yes you are boys and there are no interests whatsoever.

Today I see that people count how many virtual friends they have, how many followers.
This unfortunately is true and also especially for the young people I see
reduced around in small groups of 2/3, all with their noses placed on the mobile phone.
Mine is a general discourse, one should not generalize but unfortunately this is the situation.

I think you should always contextualize everything, it's nice
as it happens in this community to share ideas and opinions with
people who in most cases do not know each other, it is an enrichment not to be underestimated as long as you are aware of the context in which you find yourself.
The word "Friend" is tremendously inflated today, it would have brought back, in my humble opinion, to its right size.
