Siamo dunque arrivati al mese, almeno per me, piu' importante dell'estate.
Come ho scritto piu' volte mi trovo nel ravennate in un villaggio a fare la stagione come responsabile animazione, questa eterna adolescenza che non vuole finire.

Sono arrivato il 23 maggio, finiro' il 13 settembre.
Giugno e' volato via fra il ponte di inizio mese con gente anche sui tetti e i giorni feriali senza troppe presenze, ora piano piano la struttura si va riempiendo come e' giusto che sia.
Rispetto agli anni scorsi ho cambiato agenzia, a fine stagione valutero' se si e' trattata di una buona scelta o se si deve tornare all'antico...visto che l'antico mi cerca.

Luglio e' il vero mese dell'estate, e' vero che il punto massimo e' ferragosto ma dal 17/18 di quel mese inizia il calo mentre luglio dovrebbe essere a palla tutto il mese.
Qua' tanti italiani e pochi stranieri che si concentrano sopratutto nella zona Fkk con cui noi abbiamo nulla a che fare.

Per il resto ovviamente il gran caldo, l'acqua della piscina e' un brodo, malgrado questo la gente fa il percorso inverso rispetto al solito.
Al mattino resta in piscina, al mare fa troppo caldo, ed al pomeriggio si sposta in battigia alla ricerca di qualche refolo di vento.

Comunque le cose stanno camminando bene, direi regolarmente, quindi bene, mi e' arrivato tutto lo staff ed e' il momento di innestare la marcia nuova.
Inutile dire che monitoro i voli per Cuba per fine ottobre, inizio novembre, luglio potrebbe essere il mese buono per acquistare il biglietto.

So we've arrived at the most important month of the summer, at least for me.
As I've written many times, I'm in the Ravenna area, working out the season in a resort as entertainment manager, this eternal adolescence that doesn't want to end.

I arrived on May 23rd, and I'll finish on September 13th.
June flew by between the long weekend at the beginning of the month, with people even on the rooftops, and the weekdays without many visitors. Now, little by little, the facility is filling up, as it should.
Compared to previous years, I've changed agencies. At the end of the season, I'll evaluate whether it was a good choice or whether we should go back to the old ways... since the old ways are calling me back.

July is the true summer month. It's true that the peak is mid-August, but from the 17th/18th of that month, the decline begins, while July should be at its peak all month.
There are many Italians here, and very few foreigners, who congregate mostly in the FKK area, which we have nothing to do with.

Of course, the heat is intense, and the pool water is a mess. Despite this, people are doing the opposite of their usual routine.
In the morning, they stay by the pool, the sea is too hot, and in the afternoon, they move to the shoreline in search of a breath of wind.

Anyway, things are going well, I'd say as usual, so good. I've received all the staff, and it's time to shift gears.
Needless to say, I'm monitoring flights to Cuba for late October and early November; July might be a good month to buy a ticket.
