Learning to Walk: The Great Classroom of Own Experience

Think back to childhood. Has anyone learned to follow the rules? Not. We have gradually acquired the ability to stumble, stand up again, and walk independently. I have fallen many times on this path, crying and swelling, but I did not give up. This is how we learn many things in life through our own experiences. Learning to walk is a good example of that.

Why is your own experience important? Because, it broadens our field of knowledge. One can indeed acquire theoretical knowledge by reading books, but applying that knowledge in real situations, and solving problems - can be learned through one's own experience. This process of stumbling, falling, and getting back up again also gives us the mental fortitude to face real-life challenges.

Experience also strengthens our memories. More than the information we read in books, something we do, something that happens to us is deeply embedded in our minds. As a result, we can remember those things for a long time. That feeling of taking the first step while learning to walk, the joy of taking father's hand and moving forward - these experiences are etched in our memories.

Our own experience gives us confidence. Do you still remember standing on your own two feet for the first time, stepping forward with both feet? That day's belief in one's abilities, and the mentality to keep trying - are the precursors to success in other areas of our lives.

Not only learning to walk but experience every aspect of life is our teacher. Falling in love, and failure in love - these two experiences play an important role in shaping human character in life. Success in professional life also comes from the combination of skills and knowledge gained through experience. Even in daily life we go through new experiences, and learn new things. It is this continuous learning process that makes us more complete.
