Villa scornio.
Today I visited Villa scornio in the center of Pistoia city, this amazing building is situated in the charming Puccini park and it was the residence of the family of Niccolò Puccini. The villa was builded as a relaxing residence and was projected by the Gatteschi architect in a quite classical architecture, he also build the park but don't end it so the park was ended in 1945 and it's now one of the most cool park of the city where I go to walk when I have some fee time, here there are also many runners or people walking because it's really a relaxing park..
The villa contains many frescoes from some older Florentine painters and have two big dance room. The park have too many sculptures and two nice lake that give at all the area a peaceful atmosphere.
The villa was used for many years by the local community as an elder household, but now it's part of the museum web of Pistoia city and you can visit it with a guide..
Actually inside the villa are situated too some rooms for the mabellini music and dance school .
It's really a charming villa.
