Rebtsovo. Pt.1

Rebtsovo is a village in the Veliky Ustyug district, which is located in the Vologda region of Russia. It also belongs to the Upper Shardenga bush of villages, and also abandoned long time ago. But this village was lucky a little more only in the sense that it is located on the old "royal" driveway. Although this fact doesn’t particularly distinguish it from other similarly deserted villages.

The location of the houses is quite classic: the buildings are on both sides of the road-tract. The village stands on a low hill in the middle of the field.

The road here still exists only because the fields are still being processed around by a local agricultural enterprise.

It seems that Rebtsovo is standing on the old tract, which means it should be distinguished by carved five-walled houses, but only ordinary modest huts with empty eyes-windows are scattered along the overgrown road.

It is possible that earlier in the village flaunted a little more interesting houses that have not survived to our time.

But it pleases me that at least some buildings have been preserved, which means I can document them in a photographic way for the next generation.

Looking into the house, one no longer has to be surprised. There are also no floors, ceilings have collapsed in some places, annexes have broken. About the preservation of household items is out of the question.

Even if the outward appearance of the village from the village is not very different, the atmosphere is always different in any case.

A lot of factors, both external and internal, affect the surrounding atmosphere-energy (today I was pierced by complex noun words written through a dash-hyphen).

Weather, mood, anticipation, disappointment, companion, and many other factors can affect perceptions.

Even the genre wave, which I usually talk about, also affects the photographic result.

The reporting style is difficult to apply here, but I tried! The main thing in the report is a man, but here is his direct absence.

We have to use other chips and tricks to reflect not only the most reliable, but interesting and meaningful.

That is why the reporting landscape always seems gray, faded, without bright saturated colors. But it reliably transmits information about what is happening around.

The reporting landscape undergoes minimal processing, because the main content and meaning, and not a beautiful picture! This project is documentary.

But nevertheless, if you have a beautiful documentary or reporting landscape, it’s already a skill!
