For all organizations and entities time is everything, when time is managed properly it enables the individual to prioritize tasks, and efficiently allocate human resources. Time is best managed in a disciplined environment. Without discipline, we can not manage our time, and when we fail to manage our time our efficiency will ultimately reduce which badly affects our services.

When the individual adopts discipline and establishes norms and standards, it makes them culturally professional which positively affects the entire organization or entity. Discipline provides an environment in which individual take their role seriously and uphold ethical principles.
