Those arboreums will definitely die once they flower although they do seem to take a very long time to flower
Yes, I have had the Zwartkop for 6 years already and it shows no sign of flowering. I've beheaded it too because it got very long
I've read that if you can get them to branch, only the stem which flowers will die although I don't know how true that is
I guess we'll wait and see. The green one has a number of little stems forming at the base
I like them most when they look like little trees
I'm partial to both although the single stemmed kinds get extremely tall over the years and they have been difficult to re-root if I beheaded them
I guess that's because they are winter growers. Roots don't form when it's colder and humidity it lower
