BTC has been trying to break the support zone of 32 thousand for quite some time. But it is not succeeding in any way.

Today BTC made another try and went up to $31500 but after a short while at another $1500 down to $30,000.

In the market now especially the sentiment is working among everyone. As a result, everyone is shorting the market when BTC goes to $31,500. However, expect BTC to pump big after taking all the liquidity in the $28,000 - $30,000 room.
