Details :
step 1 :
First I went inside the apps. Then select a brush from the brush tools. Then I started drawing. Then I made the background color black. And painted the eyes with orange and white colors. And painted the eyebrows above the eyes with yellow color.
step 2 :
Then I painted part of the ear with teal and orange colors.
step 3 :
Then I sketched some parts of the face with blue and red colors.
step 4 :
Then select a brush from the brush tool and draw a few spots under the ears with red color. And similarly draw some spots under the eyes.
step 5 :
Then I painted the nose with skin color. And drew some crooked spots inside the mouth with several colors.
step 6 :
Then again with some color I drew some crooked spots in the face. And on both sides of the face I drew some thin spots with white color. Hope you like today's art.

That's how I finish my complete build today. I hope you will like it. Later I will appear before you with another new art.
