Details :

step 1 :

First I went inside the apps. Then select a brush from the brush tools. Then I started drawing. Then I drew a circle. And inside the circle I drew two eyes. And drew a big lip.

Then I again drew some squiggles with coffee color inside the circle and some green squiggles inside the teeth.

Next I painted some green colored leaves around the circle. And I drew the roots on the tree with coffee color.

Then I wrote Earth Day text with red color. And colored yellow in several parts of the circle.

Then I copied the color between the painted areas with coffee color.
