BASE is Gearing Up
BASE is a blockchain network created by Coinbase which is a very popular and known exchange based out in the US. This is a blockchain network like Ethereum but this is a new chain and a lot is happening on this network to build different projects. This blockchain is faster and cost-effective and if we go through the transaction fee then it is ten times cheaper than Ethereum. I haven't used this chain yet because I'm not part of any project built on base blockchain but hopefully, the way it is gearing up could bring an opportunity for more people to be part of the chain.
Some meme coin projects are getting more attention in the market and it will not be a surprise if we get to know any meme coin that has done great in the market but is built on a base blockchain. We have seen how this has worked on Ethereum and Solana blockchain already and looks like base is going to be the next one. One more thing I'd like to mention here is that this blockchain has got no token in the market so anything that you do on the chain will use Ethereum as a coin. This chain is also supported by optimism so if the use case for these blockchains increases then probably more value addition can also happen on the optimism and the token price might increase.
It is meme culture so if any meme can give more value in the market it will bring more attention to this chain if that project is built on a base blockchain. We know that in this market trend works and this time the kind of trend we are going through is for the meme coin and one project getting more attention and hype in the market will bring an equal amount of attention to the blockchain network as well.
Coinbase is a leading crypto exchange and it is also listed on the stock market which means the blockchain built by the exchange can also have a bright future. Things are going well and it is getting good hype in the market whereas some projects are already getting built on the blockchain so what else we can expect on any blockchain that is scalable and also cost-effective? It's time when we need to keep an eye on this blockchain network to see what sort of projects are getting built and which can be a great opportunity for us as a community to be part of where we can bring some fantastic returns on the investment.
