Blockchain for Social Impact
While solving social problems, there is an increasing application of blockchain technology; hence, it offers new solutions in the areas of financial inclusion, humanitarian aid, and transparency. With secure and decentralized systems, blockchain can improve access and efficiency in areas where most of the traditional systems fail.
Another iconic case study is Stellar-a blockchain network for financial inclusion. Stellar allows cross-border, rapid, and inexpensive payments, thereby allowing the underbanked communities to access basic financial services. It has given a way for people in the region to send and receive money without high fees associated with it, enabling people to create economic opportunities that were earlier excluded from the global financial system.
Transparency-the assurance that the funds provided actually reach their recipients-is one of the many ways in which the blockchain enhances humanitarian aid. The United Nations' World Food Programme, for instance, has embarked on a blockchain project called Building Blocks, which smoothes the process for the distribution of aid at refugee camps. WFP records all transactions on a blockchain, thereby making it possible to track food distribution in real time and cut out intermediaries in the process, hence considerably reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Refugees also get a biometric identification linked to their blockchain-based accounts, through which they buy food directly from local retailers without the necessity of cash.
Transparency provided by blockchain stanches corruption at all levels, as all transactions become verifiable publicly, helping an organization be responsible and answerable to the people. Though there remain challenges on everything from scalability to unease over regulations, these case studies epitomize how blockchain can be a driver for social change. As wider adoption continues, so too does blockchain have the potential to play a role in fostering much more inclusive, transparent, and effective systems necessary to tackle critical global concerns.

Blockchain for Social Impact is a great post.
I believe that blockchain is a highly advanced technology which is capable of doing a lot but since we are in the early stage so there is not much use case but we will see the blockchain use case growing significantly and social impact should also be covered.
It is just a matter of time, Blockchain is really transforming the world of social media around
Blockchain for social impact is a nice article, really love this post it's quiet educative.
