Arcade games mixed with a bit of strategy was always well received by the gamers all around the world. These type of games are very easy and simple which is why they are a very good time killer and a good entertainer. Such a game is called Plants vs Zombies 2. I think many of us are quite frankly familiar with this game. Because this game is really popular and has been around for quite some times now.
I’ve first played pvz 1 in my early school days. And I must say I was very addicted to it. And after sometimes pvz 2 just came in. And this was better than the 1st one in almost every aspect. The gameplay and the graphics were just very eye pleasing and smooth to me.
Plants vs Zombies 2 has a rating of 4.3 in the google play store with more than 100 million downloads already. So, you could just assume by these numbers that how much popular this game really is.
The basic concept or the story of the game is that : A mad scientist called dr. Zomboss has created hordes of zombies that will attack from your lawn and will try to get in your house and eat your brains. It’s up to you to plant various seeds of unique plants whom will fight against the zombies for your safety.
But in plants vs zombies 2 , the scenario is a bit more different. You have a crazy neighbour who owns a time machine is called crazy dave. After completing a level you shall receive a hot sauce as reward and he will ask for it to eat his taco with it. After eating he will try to get another shot of the food by rewinding a couple of minutes. But the time machine actually rewinds thousands of years into the past. Now the goal is to fight these zombies from various times and find a way to return to the original timeline.
The gameplay of the game is very simple yet sometimes very challenging. First you have to plant seeds of sunflowers whom will give you suns to collect. And you can use these suns to produce more plants. Each one is different and unique to the other one. Some plants are tactical, some are used for attacking and some are used for defence. We have to combine these plants in a balanced way in order to survive through massive hordes of zombies.
There are so many timelines with so many more plants to unlock and to survive against various kinds of zombies in every timeline. Each timeline has different set of zombies with different abilities which will bother you if you don’t know how to counter them. So, as a matter of fact the game gets quite challenging from time to time. After completing each stage you have to fight dr zomboss himself in order to gain world key which will give you access to different other worlds or timelines.
The main currency of this game is gold and silver at the moment. But this game could be so much more if it were a tron blockchain related game. If this were to happen then there would also be another native token such as trx which we could earn by playing. There could also be some unique plants to gain the upper hand which we could buy using trx. If these were to happen than this game will get miles more from where it is now. I personally think this game will contribute so much in to the tron blockchain. And when more users comes in this blockchain and start trading. The popularity and value of trx will rise without question. That’s why I really hope one day this game might actually merges with the blockchain like a similar game called plants vs undead which is a blockchain based game. But that’s a discussion for another time.
